depends. I caption my videos + that entails rewriting basically all the dialogue said because there's an auto generated version but it's shitty (lowercase, bad spacing, no punctuation, lot's of things are wrong/don't make sense). They probably used the auto generated captions and refined the captions + kept the timestamps + bones of the sentence from the auto generated captioning
