Building on my Aerosoft CRJ Tutorial series for MSFS 2020, we fly into a hold at Honiley and I'll show you a full step-by-step tutorial on how to set it up and fly automated holds in the CRJ yourself!

I'm really enjoying the Aerosoft CRJ and the system depth is fantastic. It has a lot of the functionality you would expect in a good quality payware aircraft for the simulator, and one of those brilliant, key features is Automated Holds.
Beginning at the awesome Macco Simulations Manchester Airport (EGCC) we head down to London Heathrow via the HON1H arrival via Bovingdon.
Before we reach the HON VOR, I will show you how to set up the automated hold in the Aerosoft CRJ 700 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. We'll compare it against Navigraph charts and I'll then demonstrate it too.
In this video tutorial, I'll also show you how to edit the direction, size and length of the holds and I'll also make the hold smaller whilst flying it too to show you how the aircraft handles it.
During the hold, I'll also demonstrate a "step down" in the hold from FL190 to FL170 and then I'll show you how to easily exit the hold too when instructed!
