We're waiting for Smith to decide he has enough evidence to take to the 11th circuit court of appeals to have Judge Cannon. Problem is Cannon's decisions have been either paperless orders or without prejudice. Normally those decisions can't go to an appeals court. I'm hoping the 11th circuit is watching and steps in su esponte and give her the boot. Her court is a first class circus that past insane and is heading out into the sunrise. Who knows when we'll see it again and is there still time on the clock to try the case. Trump did ask for a speedy trial. I suspect Smith will have to dismiss the charges because Trump is dead. Some cop shot him as he was entering the US Capital with a couple of supporters to prevent Biden from being confirmed for a second term in a "stolen Election" and Trump lost in both the popular vote and the electoral college. Duckworth and Gabbard chalk up an impressive casualty count for rioters entering the Capital building after they breach police barricades ... again.

How Judge Aileen Cannon ended up with this case ‘That she just HAD TO HAVE’ even though she was recommended NOT to take this case by her superiors is very, very suspicious.. A whole lot of special provisions had to be put in place for her courthouse even to be able to handle this case..Like a very expensive SCIF just to handle the highly sensitive classified documents in this case at great expense to the tax payers when the courtrooms closer to Miami already had the ability to hand this case along with judges who were experienced in this type of sensitive subject matter.. 😖

The NY Commission on Judicial Conduct reprimanded Merchan for making contributions to Joe Biden, a letter was sent to Merchan as a caution. Judges are not to make a contribution of any amount to any political party. What Merchan did will help with the appeal, along with the fact his daughter is President of Authentic Campaigns, a consulting group that helps raise Democratic funds.
