Wanted to pop a positive comment here and tell you how much I appreciate your skincare videos. I discovered them about a year and a half ago, and as a 36 year old woman, they have helped me improve my skincare routine. I never took very good care of my skin prior and would always receive compliments on how young I look, which of course was sweet, but you definitely helped me realize how important a good routine is. SO I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Skincare products might not be the most affordable, but it’s definitely worth it. Whenever I slack on the routine, I can tell SUCH a difference now. ❤️

There literally was about 5 of those still lol. Its almost like they ignore the time stamp in the corner of the video that KZbin shows prior to clicking on it....just to bitch hahaha. Like they were tricked into thinking it may be 5 minutes but now they are forced to watch. I totally get my personality, my length of videos etc is not for everyone. There is nothing wrong with that at all. I just can't imagine filming a video just putting something on saying, I use this, then this, then this. DONE. With no explanation as to WHY. It helps others understand their skin. All I care about is the people that DO enjoy my content, getting to see it in their feed since YT has been being weird hiding things, & if viewers do like my content to interact with me by liking or commenting so KZbin shows them my videos in their feed. I actually love hada labo's blue bottle called 白潤(Hakujun). It contains hyaluronic acid plus Arbutin. The new formula contains vitamin E as well. It's great for brightening your skin. In Japan, they sell refills, so once you purchase the bottle one, next time you can go with the refill which is cheaper than the bottle! BTW your video is amazing as usual Stef! xo

a friend of mine using those after horrible breakout caused by perfumed skincare, and after 1-2 days it already calmed her skin and made its appearance healthier. Though if you're usually break out because vit C i suggest you're stay away and use gyokujyun line instead because it contains vit C

I’ve been doing my hado Labo ha lotion immediately after toner. I’ve been watching Dr Dray and she’s a dermatologist here on yt. She’s big on getting some kind of ha gel or lotion on the skin when it’s still damp to protect the skin barrier. She’s a lot more minimalist on her routine, mines like a hybrid of both of yours. I like this technique so far but your order also makes sense. Loved this vid!

Listening/reading to your subscribers, maintaining a relationship with them... is how you know what content to provide. It must be really hard to do this, and ignore haters or negative comments. Is easy to say to try to ignore it, but I bet it must be really hard to do. I really appreciate your videos, and absolutely love the fact that they are long. I honestly wish they were longer. Ndlondon83 Caroline swaps the order that I do. My vitamin C is water based. And since Ha binds to water, I figure that first, the vitamin C. I think you can do it either way

Ndlondon83 - great question that I had as well. I use the skinceuticals Vit C + E + Feurlic which I always use first before any hydration or moisturizer as directed by the company. Good skincare takes such a small amount of time once you have chosen your products, made them easily available each morning/evening and are sticking to a routine. It’s easy to multitask between product applications (get a coffee, brush your teeth, etc.). I appreciate seeing your routine, Stephanie. I ordered the Aftershow cleanser for sensitive skin. I’m not sure the difference from the original but I’m looking forward to trying it and supporting Jordan. By the way, when using HA, I’ve read that it’s always important to have water or another thin moisturizer on your skin so the HA can draw moisture from that rather than the moisture deeper in your skin

I'm a retired beauty therapist - in the UK we trained for two years - first year included nurses training - anatomy insertion an origins of muscles of face and body all in Latin and often went on refresher and update courses. Stephanie I'm pleased your routine works for you - also giving cheaper alternatives was thoughtful.
