Seriously bro? That looks like a train from the 70s with an extra coat of paint from the 2000s. Just face it. Even if the U.S. government did announce a plan to rebuild subway infrastructure, most of NYs money has been spent on skyscraper construction and making their police force the most badass post-9/11, that there is some skepticism that this city will even have fast electric maglev trains by the 2040s, let alone the end of the century… SMH

@@mjbgames4963 NYC has been spending money on Skyscrapers since the idea of the Empire State Building in the 20th century, that's like 70% of the budget. There would be floating skyscrapers by the time any actual significant upgrades to anything else that affects the population on a daily basis.

These cars are evolutionary, not revolutionary. They're highly based off the existing so called "new tech" cars that are about 20 years old now. Each car has wider doors. These are about as wide as you can get as the side windows are now pathetically small. The interior looks familiar as well. There are some nice enhancements. The biggest thing is CBTC and the ones with open gangplanks. Otherwise, they're the latest "new tech" cars.

Reason for so many delays is because nobody know if there is a train ahead or behind. I’ve traveled all over Europe and Asia and used their systems , NYC is the embarrassment of the world. Few years ago the city found missing millions in their book keeping, the money is going in to their luxury condos and yachts, the city has pay off other people to cover it all up. These “new” trains is like a bandaid after your got your head chopped off.

@@nyctransitrailfan The "New Improvements" does not translate to better service, so it's useless.... They also threw in billions that could used to upgrade the system in to building Fulton street station, wanting to turn it in to a new Grand central station. I can't be more embarrassed when tourist ask me why some stations is the way it is.
