That awkward moment when you put an unknown kid in your play and he makes decades older professionals look like amateurs. Seriously, look at the ease! Not a forced gesture anywhere, not an ounce of self-awareness, not a hint of worry about voice projection and how to produce a dramatic effect. He yells, he wipes his nose, his voice disappears in a mumble, he snaps fingers...Wow! An icon is born.

Pretty strong stuff - after a 90 second performance. And he gets kudos ffor gesticulative overload, and wiping his nose. It's a fine performance, based on a great script and great direction, but let's have a little perspective here ... (also, a shame we don't see any of Robert Sean Leonard's performance.)

Some people also can't handle shouting so they either recede into themselves for laugh like lunatics to try and hide their discomfort. They don't even realize they do it sometimes.

Their goodness is there, sometimes it just takes someone who’s willing to give them a chance to see it. A good teacher can change a life; they’re the foundation of any loving and caring society. Timothee's transformation when acting is breathtaking. I've never seen an actor change so much between interviews and every one of his characters, so talented Edit: would like to emphasize that I was trying to express how amazed I was at the difference between his personality in interviews etc. and the characters he plays :) not saying he was the best actor I had ever seen but he is very good!

I remember seeing a play in high school about a social worker and her having to deal with her sexual assault and the sexual assault of a child and I distinctly remember bunch of kids from different high schoolers laughing during such serious horrible stuff because it was so unbearably uncomfortable

The most amazing thing is that performing on theaters have no retakes unlike in movies. And he just nailed this, I mean he's very good in every performances that he had. I've got goosebumps. So amazing!!!! He can dance, rap, sing, act, and etc. He is just so amazing at everything that he does.

The new James Dean. i think he may even surpass DiCaprio soon. wow amazing talent. he will come closer to Dean than anybody ever has. Everyone has tried to be like Dean, but something is always slightly missing or lacking...until now. Chalamet has changed that
