@iLLesT pHiLL close but not quite, politics major. i also happen to be French so im well aware others play the game. I just happen to have a US address i can ship stuff to. Also, i very much want people to enjoy the game, however when it comes to exclusive alternate arts of already existing cards, well i think you either need to have the money for it, be one of the lucky few who got some off the hasbro website on the given day. If you want to enjoy this particular product, well spend the money and stop complaining. if you don't want the product, more for people like me and you can go enjoy the regular cards :)

Constructive criticism: I think your videos would benefit if you better demonstrated that you've done research for these videos. Example- it's widely known that this mythic box has 8 planeswalkers with special artwork and no mentioning of mythic rares in every pack. It might seem superfluous but I think it would add more value, validity and reliability to your content. Just a thought.

Alex Hackbarth here is the thing, not long ago he had like 2500 subs and now he almost has 60 K. Pretty sure his unique way of doing things is working out cause I had 200 subs when he had that 2500 and I opened up a 4K$ Unlimited starter with Rudy and can’t get any love. They have known in the past the Hasbro site is horrible to stick things on, I tried to grab left over copies of the SDCC 2016 packs a couple years back and the site was crashing and then when it finally worked 5 seconds after the packs were available to purchase they were sold out because they didnt put a limit on per person. They really need to stop trusting Hasbro.

Fernando Orozco youre sounding like an investor/seller. Collectors just want those cards they do not about anything you just mentioned. There is not need to know how many are avaible of these things. For the simple reason its an USA product only. Therefor creating an huge demand in the rest of the world. Rasing the prices to unknown highs. So don’t complain. Casuals do not buy these product they buy planeswalker decks to play the game.

One can see something and see it is pretty but not think it's practical or something you would be willing to pay an inflated price for. It's a statement not a slur at them.

They did work out a deal with CFB so you could preorder a box and pick it up at a GP, anyone in the world, but that was a just a reaction to the outcry from the Hasbro Toy Shop exclusivity and rather lacking. Hopefully they'll learn from this and use a better means of selling these things in hte future.

I believe the mythic box does multiple things. 1. Get WOTC profit 2. Allows for a fun pack opening where you don’t get rubbish (we’ve all been there) 3. I also think if will devalue cards as their will be more mythics out in the wild. 4. Enables a sznazzy thumbnail 5. Allows for a comment contest

I think this product is the smartest idea from wizards in a while. These cards are intentionally separate rather than a random lottery card in a set. So, instead of driving prices down on other cards of the set you keep those prices up, and sell the premium cards that collectors are going to get their greedy hands on anyway in a separate product. So the collectors/investors get the premium cards they want, the consumer gets a better, more valuable product and Wizards makes money. Everyone is happy and everything is at balance. Edit: Typo

The reason the cards in the planeswalker packs feel different is because they would have been printed in Japan like Dominaria and Battlebond to ensure the planeswalkers as well as their emblem are in the correct packs

I like it, tbh. While it is expensive, and they are shafting LGS pretty hard, it does guarantee a bunch of pimped out walkers that do have utility in popular formats, with Teferi and Liliana being the obvious ones, and to a lesser degree Tezzeret, Elspeth, and Nicky B, while the two standard walkers will definitely see play and Daretti does go for quite a bit in foil, so yeah...

Love the pack cracking videos. I feel like there should have been at least one or more Mythic Rare cards in those regular booster packs. Yes its cool you get all the plains walkers, but when you spend that amount of money on a box you want some wow factor. And if it truly is a hard to obtain box then even more it should contain some very special cards to promote the mystery of getting some very rare cards. It would increase the value of the unopened boxes.

You know - there are different opinions about magic being a lottery or not when it comes to open packs. I think it is somehow a lottery... and holy fu** , I like it this way - I am still excited af when I crack a Booster. But having these „Mythic Boxes“ really takes away a lot of this excitement since you already know what you are gonna pull. Those are some pretty nice foils. The art work is right to the edges, and they foil has a different shine than regular foils. Can you get those foiled planeswalkers randomly?

I love how the masterpieces look, they're freakin' sweet! But I wish mythic edition was an LGS exclusive or just made it so the masterpieces were in every booster box.
