Yeah, I thought mono white was heavily played in recent events, and the Hallowblade was one of the most annoying creatures.

While not technically a two mana 3/1, my favorite is Porcelain Legionnaire. It was part of my white aggro deck during Scars block.

I sorta hoped to see Syndicate Trafficker on here, it's an old favourite of mine. Worked in a budget affinity deck, with this, Cranial Plating, and Phylactery LIch. Indestructible can be a nightmare to deal with, and a 4/2 indestructible kills a ton of things, and it keeps getting bigger. It needs trample badly, but Ornithopters and Vault Skirges can provide access to evasion for Plating in the deck. I used this as a shell for the Empire artifacts (just threw 4 of each, no tutors), and the Trafficker proved capable of winning games when I didn't draw into my win cons, which was usually the case. I did win off them a few times, but they mostly provided some value over time, both as artifacts and via their abilities, but it was rare to get all 3 out.

I'm surprised it hasn't shown up in any worst of lists. In its era, Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning were legal in all formats and make a mockery of this thing.

So I don't actually play magic much anymore. If I cast rimrock knight and bc its instant says "target creature" instead of "target creature you control" I use it on my opponent's 8/8 skull fucker with trample. my turn ends, he never gets to use it, and it goes into exile. now I can cast it? The wording is making me believe this is possible. Surely I'm missing something, maybe "exile this card" refers to rimrock knight instead of the target card?

Yep, you can cast it, but there's no reason to do that, because you can just cast the Dwarf without ever casting the "Boulder Rush" side. Also, it goes into exile right away --- so the turn you cast Boulder Rush you can also cast the Dwarf.
