Have you thought of changing Shorikai to a tap/untap version that draws a lot of cards? I think you'll enjoy it more because it mulligans well and opens up multiple interesting lines of play since you can often dig for what you need or at least something fun to do (isn't that the point of EDH?). I am a devoted watcher of your content and love Shorikai but have noticed most of your games with them lack substantive Muddstah involvement. Please don't give up on it. The nice thing about Shorikai is you can make it casual or (lower tier) competitive. I don't favor the polymorph/proteus-staff version because the cEDH style isn't what I enjoy. However, counter-balance/libray-of-leng + loot does help Azorius win, though I would only put that out if you intend to do so soon; otherwise you'll have no friends. Loot up Approach x2 or construct for the mill win. They both have to be earned and I would love to see you do so.

Eerie ultimatum is like a less restrictive version of primevals glorious rebirth. Usually if it resolves, there’s not much chance that player loses because it sets them so far ahead. Lonis on the other hand, is a surprisingly powerful deck, i was able to build mine strong enough i Can actually sit down with cedh players (though mine is built to clone the manufactor and do shrieking Drake shenanigans)

He could be like me and just be old. I've been playing since right before revised so have a ton of stuff like that. Commander is the only time I get to use them. That being said they aren't in every deck and I do play a lot of mono white.

fun fact about how Sanctum of All interacts with the new Go-Shintai, their effect is a reflexive trigger from paying their cost ("you may pay 1, when you do...") this means that each time you pay, you get two triggers of the effect, provided you have 6 shrines and Sanctum out

I don't think that's how it works. You get two triggers but you have to pay for each. Pretty sure you can see this on Arena too.

Assuming Bryce's deck has no proxies, that deck has to be worth more than my car. All the OG duals, the most expensive prints of very good cards, most 80+ dollars. The cheapest thing is probably Atraxa. Not hating, just was the only thing I could think about all game hah

I was getting turn 3 shorikai wins yesterday in a 1v1 tournament. I would say it had a 75% win percentage and the few stores I play at absolutely know "that's the shorikai guy" be careful 😂. I just built the deck last month and now wanna take it apart because everyone is catching on.

At least the Atraxa was on brand with every sweaty card possible. Happy it didn’t win. Force of Will? Give me a break. Also, nothing durdles quite like Shorikai outside of Simic. Love the channel but would really like to see fewer decks like that Atraxa pile. Any time I see ABUR duals I mentally check out a bit.
