Yes I just commented about Heidi and her unnecessary surgeries she was beautiful the way God made her it's unfortunate that she couldn't see that at the time and yes things have settled with her surgeries to where she looks more like herself but she'll never get her original beautiful nose back. The biggest problem with this show is that it normalizes personality disorders, such as borderline (Audrina) and narcissistic (Heidi, Spencer). The show labels it as drama, instead of correctly identifying as a helth issue. It sends the message to the viewers to not take responsibility for abusive behaviour, and in fact accept it as normal. Basically, this show advocates for emotional abuse.
