My dad and my grandfather took me to see the GREATEST OF ALL TIMES fight Ken Norton in Inglewood Ca. It was a surprise for my 15th birthday present . We had the seats way up in the attic but had some great binoculars to see everything clearly. Ali gave Norton a boxing lesson!! What hand and foot speed for a Big man! I will always cherish that memory with my dad and grandpa 😊 May my father and grandfather and the champ rest in peace 🙏

Oh my God he was my father's favorite boxer, my daddy passed away in January 1981 I don't know how many times I couldn't watch TV because Muhammad Ali was boxing he had a ring side seat, miss you daddy 😭

I watch this video and cried. God bless Ali he stood up for justices and racism in that time. The way they treated the black people !!! Ali was brought up in a good family and he had the Freedom to do what he wanted and his family were supporting him. He left school and did well with boxing!!! During his boxing success he learned and very much aware of the racism and injustice’s happening in USA. God bless your soul Ali.

@@jimnewcombe7584 People rarely made it to 50 at one time. With new breakthroughs in medicine, technology and health awareness, life is longer than it used to be. Many people in their 50's are living and feeling like 30's. but I wouldn't say 20's. Back in the day, at 20 years old, you had about 30 years left, I think that is the actual comparison being made here.

Where was such a tribute for Joe Frazier, whom Ali disparaged and was paradoxically racist towards (and easily his equal as a boxer)? I'd be embarrassed if the self-serving Whitney Houston sang this in front of me (it has nothing remotely to do with Ali either). In fact what on earth have ANY of these Hollywood actors got to do with Ali? The question is, of course, ironic, in that it asks for no answer. All that's happened here is that a man is being celebrated by those he never even met and who are remote from him - it's disingenuous; all the masquerade and marsh-light of fame.
