Say whatever you want about Ali. Though he talked in a brash manner, he backed up his confidence with victories over higher ranked opponents or reigning world champions. A confident man who proved himself again and again.

ALI was a 7-1 underdog against LISTON. ALI'S first fight win against LISTON elevated him as the GREATEST PRO BOXER. Post fight when he talked to reporters, he asked "Who's the GREATEST?", EVERYONE was QUIET. ALI asked the same question again, a few reporters replied "You ARE" 🐐

Angelo Dundee did another great job as Clay's trainer and handler, advising him keeping Clay calm and telling Clay too just run, then changing sponges and water Angelo knew Clay was ahead in the fight and didn't want to blow it. Angelo knew Clay was too fast for Liston. Best fight of the 60s

It wasn’t until March 6th, that Clay officially became Ali, and those are the simple facts. So once again, do some research before making a fool of yourself, and spare me the sanctimonious politically correct slave name bullshit. It’s totally beside the point and you know it.
