I think he meant... "There is a PRICE/cost if you don't do it, and there is a *PRIZE* /reward if you DO it".... the prize/reward being that -- when you continually prepare yourself for those moments when you are faced with challenges AND you don't run away from the adversities (and you keep looking for the path to success after any failure/setback), when you DO overcome each challenge, YOU Will LEVEL UP -- That is the prize/reward 😀 Now Challenge #2... Next Level 💪 ~Steve A -- Chicago, IL USA (1/18/2023)

You gotta do what you must regardless of how you feel. Conquering your mind in my opinion is a must. You conquer your mind the body will follow. Your mind can be your greatest asset or your biggest liability/weakness. That choice is ultimately yours to make.

I believe that we just need to be able to understand our feelings, cause our feelings is not more than our self, our inner self talking, so if we understand our feeling we can understand and do just what we need, but we must understand it first so we can follow our heart in the right way I always follow a way to translate and respond to what I feel, I FEEL the emotion (it’s feels good or bad), I THINK about it (it is this feeling real or just because my feelings or my emotions are leading me in the wrong direction?) and after FEELING AND THINKING I BELIEVE AND I CHOOSE WHAT ITS BEST FOR ME, so at the end I always follow my feelings I always follow my heart but first I understand it. Hope I can help a little, Wish u the best to all, Goodbye my family :)

This made me cry. I started practicing 2 weeks ago, when a friend said I should leave my home and find another country to live in. My feeling was, I can’t run away. I’m 72, and I would be somewhere, nowhere. I thought I need to prepare. Not for the outside, but for the inside of me. I have been drawn to Qigong for awhile, and then I found you…. or I manifested my longing to walk this path. I don’t know. Thank you from my heart. I find I can flow so easily with some movements you say are difficult. It feels like the movement is happening in the wind. Bless you, and thank you again and again.

I've been thinking a lot about how to say this, and I decided to just say it. I love the teachings of Master Shi Heng Yi, and I like that the teachings are spread through the internet and reach people who need to hear these teachings. I appreciate the work of the video creators, usually, the images are bright, joyful, strong, and inspirational. It captures the essence of who Shi Heng Yi is. But this series of KZbin videos is different. The stark black background gives me that eerie and sad feeling and makes the master look old and emaciated. I would love to see Master Shi as the vibrant, strong, and vital being that he truly is. I hope you consider changing the background color and bringing the vital Master Shi to life again. Thank You.

This makes so much sense to me Shi lao shi. Last night I was pushing myself harder than usual when running with weights. Mentally, I wanted to quit so much but I kept going. When my body wanted to go further, I did a flip over the chain railing and it broke my weight. I had to end the exercise there and do another one, but I believe that the effort it was taking, because it was much more difficult than what I normally do, it was me cultivating willpower and I think I have begun rekindling my fire. Already you're teachings have begun to make an impact on my life. I am ordering more weights, ankle weights, and a weighted vest next week so I can continue to cultivate this fire. 🙏
