Whether you just received a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) diagnosis or have been previously diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) exercise is extremely important and should also be in your toolbox for dealing with your Multiple Sclerosis (MS) diagnosis. Exercise will help rewire your brain from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) damage through neuroplasticity.

We are going to be strengthening your TRICEPS or elbow extensors.
Having strong triceps not only makes your arms stronger but improves EXTENSION throughout your entire body.
Many Gymmers end up with weak triceps to them being over stretched as they sit with elbows bent in a chair or wheelie walker.
When we train our triceps, we will also improve:
- Shoulder strength
- Shoulder stability and strength
- Postural strength
- Upper body spasticity
- Fatigue
As you perform this drill focus on the following:
1. Keeping your spine straight and tall
2. Moving only from your upper arm - AVOID USING YOUR HANDS
3. Focus on maintaining BGB: glutes gently tightened, abs in,
4. Focus on keeping full body tension so your brain can feel safe using your TRICEPS

Around the neck is painful Just wrap it around the upper chest(under the armpits) and press down and behind the torso I use tubes They don’t roll up, pull out hair, or pinch like therabands
