Having strong triceps not only makes your arms stronger but improves EXTENSION throughout your entire body.
Many Gymmers end up with weak triceps to them being over stretched as they sit with elbows bent in a chair or wheelie walker.
When we train our triceps, we will also improve:
- Shoulder strength
- Shoulder stability and strength
- Postural strength
- Upper body spasticity
- Fatigue
As you perform this drill focus on the following:
1. Keeping your spine straight and tall
2. Moving only from your upper arm - AVOID USING YOUR HANDS
3. Focus on maintaining BGB: glutes gently tightened, abs in,
4. Focus on keeping full body tension so your brain can feel safe using your TRICEPS
