So cool to do this. Having to think of everything (blades, pelvis, talk spine, head and abs) was a brain workout as well. Such a great way to keep moving. Thanks so much

Great exercise you can really feel that burn also I wanted to know if we can increase the intensity if we add weight like if we add 3 lb increase to 5 lb
