So cool to do this. Having to think of everything (blades, pelvis, talk spine, head and abs) was a brain workout as well. Such a great way to keep moving. Thanks so much

Oh my goodness! Thank you so much! I like that you remind us as we are working out to sit proper and pull those abs in. You do more good then you will ever know for physical and mental health!!

Hello hi I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2001 and one of my goals is to be walking without a walker so I just started doing the exercises he said to just wanted to let you know hopefully I get a response from you

Great exercise you can really feel that burn also I wanted to know if we can increase the intensity if we add weight like if we add 3 lb increase to 5 lb

You can just make sure it doesn’t impact your form.
