It's not Mithi river, it is Mithi gutter. the biggest gutter in Mumbai is Mithi river. Mumbai drinks water from Tulsi lake and not from Mithi gutter.

Delays are thanks to uddhav thackeray govt, and it is becoming reality thanks to BJP govt. Even now they’re unable to give a opening date. Every quarter they ask for one more quarter. Hazzaro ped nahi, 400 ped kate. It is not made to replace locals. It’s purpose is to connect areas not connected by locals and ease the crowds in the locals and buses. The cost escalation from 21000 crores to 37000 crores, thanks to the UT govt. when builders cut forests, not one person whimpers. But when they are cut for public projects, all the so called environmentalists protest to ensure delays in projects

metro line 3 will never replace mumbai local because forst station is inside Aarey😂 its inside a forest! to reach the forst station from anywhere in suburban takes more than 1-2 hrs(depending where we are going from, eg, closer to goregaon far from dahisar) during peak traffic
