Pooran Poli is Maharashtrian, Appam is from Kerala, Dabeli is from Gujarat, Mysore Masala Dosa is from Karnataka, Egg stuffed Paratha is from Parsi origin. You missed original Mumbai street foods like Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, Bhelpuri etc.

Most South Indian goods are quite similar to Srilankan foods. We also make exactly similar kind of string hoppers which are rice flour steamed noodles. We pair it with delicious coconut chutneys

I would like to offer some constructive criticism of this channel as this is a very different format, nothing like TBEFRS. We have a really great voice over and I'm really happy to learn more about whats in Indian street food as I absolutely love Indian food generally but this channel would have more soul if we had a host who spoke to the venders, learning more about their lives and who tried and hopefully enjoyed the food but it would equally be interesting to know what about the food the host didn't like. I value this channel as it is, but i think it could be significantly more enjoyable to watch with Sonny's channel as inspiration. I want to see a local host who is vibrant, cheery and non bias in tasting the foods. It would go a long way to brightening this channel, India is full of colour, it should be reflected in its host.

I'm not upset about not seeing sunny on these videos, but I think it'd be a lot more interesting if it was in a similar format to the original videos. A likable host, exploring the food and backgrounds of that food while also making a few jokes and showing a human side. I don't like this 'here is the food, heres how they make it, heres what it costs, the end.' type of video.

Audio needs improvements: Reduce the volume of the music, it is louder than the narrator and jarring to the flow of the content. The narrator needs a better quality microphone, it sounded muffled and weak.

Trust me all of these foods are actually better than restaurant foods. food on these stall sell out so fast, that the vendors have to almost continuously make fresh batches. Nobody ever falls sick with street food. The heat from the cooking and spices gets rid of any bacteria. Also the spices used are medicinal in their own right. Come and savor these foods without any inhibitions. You tubers and visitors from around the world have relished these foods.

Without Sonny, it's become very boring, especially the music seems very sad.... something Thonggg.... at the end of the dish, it seems the editor is sad, as the cameraman gives no portion of the food. Tthe musical choice is not so good, even though there is a black spot on the camera lens, not a very professional team like the original Sonny. India is a diverse country with a huge variety of foods, hope the producers keep these issues in their mind and will get a satisfactory video for the next time.

This is beginning to be a horror show. Over 5 episodes and you guys haven't even moved out of the puritanical gujrti enclaves where traditional food with shredded cheese is the height of haute cuisine and innovation. Even the "mayo" in these places is basically oil, xanthan gum and salt. Even the Franky was carefully a potato Franky.. a POTATO franky! Egg, chicken and mutton frankys are where the soul lies. When will you guys get to the malpuas, tandoori chickens, bheja fries or thela biryanis? Where are the native maharashtra stuff ... bhakri, rawas, squid, kothimbir vada? A tiny nod to misal and Puran poli is the only nod to the natives. I lived and loved Mumbai for a decade. This is a sad representation. Nobody facing the camera and giving us at least a facsimile of that sonny mischief and enthusiasm. I'm out.
