I can't imagine how hilarious it would have been to be on the set with these guys all improving like this. When I first heard this song it drew up some sadness because I consider myself a wanderer; watching all my friends find their places in life, but not really finding my permanent connection in life. Watching this video was so healing though because it is clear that the band considers this mindset something to be celebrated. I just finished reading a biography of Bruce Lee, and one of the most powerful teachings he passed on is a constant flux of balance in the universe, and transition of energy. His motive behind teaching this was to help make it clear that everything in the universe, even the atoms that make up our cells, are constantly changing form and body. To try and hold onto something is to go against the laws of nature. But to relinquish the control we have been taught to seek, is to set yourself free on the universal river, and will enable you to evolve and flow with it. Thank you for this, because I feel as if I have just shed another bond, and am even closer to truly relinquishing control.

Jason Bateman is that friend that has a serious face, but whenever he looks happy or laughs, he becomes very sympathetic. Also, whenever he does something funny or crazy, he still keeps that serious face 😆. He is so great that even in Ozark you see him taking too seriously his role, and nailed it

You heard my voice I came out of the woods by choice Shelter also gave their shade And in the dark I have no name So leave that click in my head And I will remember the words that you said Left a clouded mind and a heavy heart But I was sure we could see a new start [Hook] So when your hope's on fire But you know your desire Don't hold a glass over the flame Don't let your heart grow cold I will call you by name I will share your road But hold me fast, Hold me fast Cause I'm a hopeless wanderer And hold me fast, Hold me fast Cause I'm a hopeless wanderer I wrestled long with my youth We tried so hard to live in the truth But do not tell me all is fine When I lose my head, I lose my spine So leave that click in my head And I won't remember the words that you said You brought me out from the cold Now, how I long, how I long to grow old [Hook] So when your hope's on fire But you know your desire Don't hold a glass over the flame Don't let your heart grow cold I will call you by name I will share your road But hold me fast, Hold me fast Cause I'm a hopeless wanderer And hold me fast, Hold me fast Cause I'm a hopeless wanderer And I will learn, I will learn to love the skies I'm under And I will learn, I will learn to love the skies I'm under The skies I'm under

I don't get the hate for this band, I find this absolutely beautiful and gives me such nice feelings inside. :)
@zacbrowning94710 жыл бұрын
Exactly, so do i
@Peelioka10 жыл бұрын
They only get hate because they're not a 'pop' group yet they're still popular. People that only like pop music don't like them for that reason, they don't really understand music made with actual instruments (I'm talking modern pop here), and then people that like less popular music used to like them whilst they were 'indie' but now they're popular so they don't. Basically people that hate this band hate it because they're trying to impress people who are into the same music fashions as them, the people that never really think about the music itself.
@thehorrorgamer9710 жыл бұрын
+Peelioka you are right, there is one other thing, this guy can sing and most of those pop bands can't. It's al fake
@sicklysweet10 жыл бұрын
Peelioka No, they get hate because they are perceived as pretentious white middle class hipsters who are co-opting old fashioned clothing and music styles for profit. And because the whole banjo gimmick gets old after like one song. I could be wrong about this.
@dyson018710 жыл бұрын
sicklysweet I don't care if they're hipsters they make good music that's made with real instruments. They are things that most people who listen to pop music don't seem to know exist.
