Thank you so much. The motor I use is the treadmill motor. It works with DC and a driver circuit is used for speed regulation. The motor you see in the video is 2.5Hp, about 1800W. I also made a hand drill attachment for this machine and it still stands. But I didn't want to change it because the treadmill motor runs very quietly.

Okay! Very excellent design! The treadmill motor is so versatile and, yes, very quiet! I have many of them waiting to be put into my own builds. The visual aspect of this machine is quite pleasing. I like that the side view of the upper and lower components are compliments of one another. Forming a clam shell shape of sorts. Very nice, sir!

I made this tool with great care. The video quality wasn't very good, but I'm sorry. It has a large drilling area. The lower table can move over a long distance. As you said, the treadmill motor is very powerful and quiet. You can also see the treadmill motor in my disc sander video. I am also thinking of using it in tools such as band saw and wood turning. @ I will definitely check out your other videos. I almost have to laugh about the whole treadmill motor thing. All of us DIYers using them in builds. So many found set out for trash and and find their way to a second life in beautiful woodworking/metal working machines. How happy are you with the drawer slides for linear movement? Are they precision enough? I've used them for similar things and they work, but maybe linear rails would be better? Price plays a huge part, of course. I suppose for a DIY wood working tools they do their job well enough. Always thinking...always thinking... Good day, sir!

Drawer rails aren't bad at all. But still linear rails are much better. I chose the drawer runners from the thick ones. I've also tried to zero out involuntary playing with props. As you said, their prices are quite cheap compared to linear rails.

Hello there. Firstly, thank you. The motor was removed from an old treadmill. Since the DC motor is only 180V and 2.5 - 3 HP, it is difficult to find a power source that can feed directly. It can be used easily with a driver circuit. You can also adjust the revs. The engine is beautiful, powerful and quiet. The driver also gets off the treadmill. I love using these engines. I used this engine in my "Silent Disk Sander" video, which you can access from the channel. I recommend you to watch. I am planning to use this engine again in the Band Saw I am planning to build... Bu motoru kullandığınızda çok iyi olduğunu göreceksiniz Yahya bey. Disk zımpara ve bant zımpara makinemde de bundan kullandım. Şerit testere yapmayı düşünüyorum, orada da bu motordan kullanacağım. Nasip olursa tabi. Araştırırken motor olarak değil de koşu bandı olarak daha rahat bulursunuz. Koşu bandının diğer parçaları da gayet ise yarıyor. Hallo. Danke für deinen Kommentar. Beim Kauf eines Motors sollten Sie zunächst auf seine Leistung achten. Der Motor, den ich verwende, hat 2,5 PS Leistung und daher konnte ich das Spannfutter am Pfostenende befestigen. Wenn Sie sich für einen Motor mit mindestens 1,5 PS (ca. 1000 W) entscheiden, werden Sie keine Probleme beim Bohren haben. Außerdem verfügt der Laufbandmotor über eine leise Lauffunktion. Wenn Ton kein Problem für Sie ist, können Sie das gleiche System verwenden, indem Sie eine gute Bohrmaschine installieren. Ich kaufe Laufbänder, wann immer ich kann. Weil ich diese Motoren liebe. Der Fahrer kommt auch heraus. Sie erhalten ein leistungsstarkes System, das viel weniger kostet.

Üstadım , motor miline mandrenden önce birşey taktınız. Çapları uyumlaştırmak için bir adaptör.. Onun hakkında biraz bilgi verir misiniz lütfen ? Nereden bulabilirim ve farklı çapları var mı? Mesela benim motor mili 16 mm ve 10 mm ye düşürebilir miyim? Teşekkürler.

Gürol bey bu adaptör parçayı ben aliexpress sitesinden almıştım. Kullanacağınız mandren ve motor mili kalınlığına göre alinmalidir. Örnek olarak benim motorumun mili 14mm ve mandrene göre B12, b16, b18... istediğiniz boyutta adaptör kullanılabilir. Bu videoyu çekerken elimde b12 mandren vardi dikkat ettiyseniz küçük bir mandren. Bu mandrene maksimum 10mm uç takılabiliyor. Daha sonra birkaç kez değiştirdim. En son videolarda gördüğünüz mandren b16 boyutu. Buna da maksimum 13mm üç takilabilir. Adaptörü b16 mandren adaptörü olarak internette arayabilirsiniz. Umarım verdiğim cevap yeterli olur. Sormak istediğiniz birşey olursa yine yazın lütfen.

Матовый двигатель постоянного тока. Обычно он может работать напрямую от 180 В постоянного тока. Если драйвер используется с цепью, можно также произвести регулировку скорости.

Salut. Je n'ai pas pu préparer les dimensions PDF pour ce projet. Honnêtement, je n'ai pas trouvé le temps. D'autres le voulaient aussi. Je vais essayer de me préparer, mais je ne peux rien promettre. Je pense faire un autre support de perceuse en métal. Attends-le si tu veux. Koşu bandında sürücüsü de mevcut oluyor. Çok sessiz çalışan güçlü bir motordur. Sürücüsü (elektronik devre) olmadan kullanılamaz. Ayrıca sürücü sayesinde çok iyi devir ayarı yapılabiliyor. Merhaba Ayhan bey. Ucuna mandren takabileceginiz güçlü ve çok aşırı devirli olmayan her motor olur. Hatta uygun fiyatlı bir matkap alıp onu takabilirsiniz. Ben motor kelepçesini 2 farklı şekilde yaptım. Biri bu motor için diğeri ise matkap takmak için. Çamaşır makinesi motorları da fena değil ama biraz kaba olur.

Teşekkürler Harun Bey. Motor eski bir koşu bandından çıkarıldı. 2.5 beygir gücünde ama 1.5 beygir olanları da var. Onlar da iş görür. DC motor olduğu için gayet sessiz. Devir ayarını yine aynı koşu bandının sürücü devresi ile yaptım. 180V ile çalıştığı için direk enerji vermeye uygun değil. Ancak motor tutucu tahta değiştirilerek normal matkap da takılabilir. @ bende araştırıyorum, geçenlerde 2 hp 4300 rpm Bi tane buldum ama, motor yaklaşık 6-7 kg civarında olduğundan vazgeçtim, sizin kullandığınız hafif galiba biraz. Ağır olması problem olur die düşündüm.

Salut. Le moteur que j'utilise est le moteur du tapis roulant. Ces moteurs sont très puissants et fonctionnent très silencieusement. Un circuit pilote est nécessaire pour le fonctionnement. Le circuit pilote est également à l'intérieur du tapis roulant. Franchement c'est un peu fastidieux mais très bon. Si vous avez regardé ma vidéo sur la ponceuse à disque, j'ai également utilisé ce moteur là-bas.

Teşekkürler Nihat bey. Motor "permanent magnet motor" olarak geçer. Genelde koşu bantlarinda kullanılır. Ben genelde 2. El atıl olan koşu bantlarını uygun fiyatla bulunca alıyorum. Hem metal kısımlarını hem de diğer malzemeleri işe yarıyor. Ankara'da hurdacılar sitesinde fazlasıyla var. Ancak sürücüsünü de almanız lazım. Çok güçlü ve sessiz çalışır. Ev içinde bile kullanılsa rahatsız edici sesi yok. Ben şu sıra disk zimpara ile uğraşıyorum cumaya bitecek inşallah. Onda da bu motordan kullanıyorum.

Merhaba Ahmet bey. Motor, koşu bandı motorudur. Ben eski bir koşu bandindan söktüm. Motor ile beraber sürücü devresi de koşu bandından çıkıyor. Oldukça güçlü ve sessiz ama sıfır motor ve sürücü devre olarak aldığınızda pahalı bir motordur. Bu nedenle ben 2. El olarak koşu bandı satın alıyorum. Tabi motor veya sürücü devre arızalı çıkma ihtimali de var ama şu ana kadar ben karşılaşmadım. Durum bu Ahmet bey. Çok yardımcı olamadım belki ama ben bu şekilde yapıyorum. Hello. I could not prepare the plans for this video as a PDF. Actually, there is a 3D drawing, but I couldn't convert it to PDF because it took too much time. sorry
