I believe the ex girlfriend did it and didn't want to take responsibility. She needs to grow up and stop blaming an innocent black man. Spoiled racist white girl thats all I hear.

If I had been his attorney, I would have requested a change of venue. A jury is supposed to be made up of your peers.

All of Crosley's close circle that testified against him were selfish and only thought of themselves. They didn't even get anything out of it besides ruining this guys life. There is not enough proof to 100% say he committed the crime. It looks sus that the state doesn't seem to want to let him out to not assume responsibility for mess this case has been.

Want to add that I’ve followed other wrongful convictions. Often of black men. I’ve been impressed by their general attitude and ability to forgive. At the same time, I have been very unimpressed with the willingness of the judicial system and the law enforcement to recognise their mistakes.

I agree. I don't think he's guilty, and it's a shame he's spent so many years incarcerated.

I would love to see him released. There are too many discrepancies in her testimony. None of it really makes sense.

The President should pardon , he didn't do this! And if President Biden won't pardon him president Trump should. I've listened to all the podcast and this is such a shame that he spent more than half his life in jail for something the ex-girlfriend did

Full facts of the case is that some girl decided she couldn't handle her ex not getting back with her and snapped then blamed it on the black man for their story. The ex boyfriend said it as clear as possible without saying the words when he said just get me outta here instead of where the person went. She did it and should have been punished for it not this man its so sad and the fact that the D.A. didn't get charges for convicting ppl of things they didn't do is just to sad we need justice for not only Crosley but all the innocent ppl in this country.

You'd have to be deaf, dumb and blind to believe the story of Chip's ex-girlfriend, Kim Hallock (Landers). None of her story fits together. The entire story feels like a total fabrication. Why she wasn't drilled down on by authorities more is also shocking especially considering that so many other people tied to the investigation had their doubts about her story. I believe very strongly that she and Chip got into an altercation, she became angry and shot him with his own gun and then in a panic the two of them, not knowing that he was going to die, concocted a story to tell authorities so she wouldn't get into trouble. The fact that she doubled down on her story over 30 years later keeping Crosley Green from having his rightful parole date tells me she is nothing but pure evil even still. Also, you will never convince me that the prosecutor didn't know that the case was all wrong but he forged ahead anyways because he was crooked and racist and that's why he is so defensive about the details all those years later. And then there are the two siblings that testified against Crosley lying under duress from that same prosecutors corrupt behaviour is wild. I never understood why more heads didnt roll over the coercion from prosecutors in this and the other cases though. Poor old Mr. Green may not get out of prison alive but I'm sure that all the people who lied about him and did him wrong will one day answer to the Lord for the horrible, criminal things they have done to this man. I pray that by some stroke of luck Mr. Crosley will be able to leave prison and enjoy the rest of his natural born days as a free man. Now I'm going to go and see if I can find that petition and add my name to it. I pray for a miracle for Crosley Green.

The one person who got first hand experience with the alleged criminal couldn’t really identify that person! The death sentence was too severe under the uncertainty. In times of trauma, the mind is under the uncommon presence of chemicals that make human thought vastly different than the normal state. It seems too uncertain! The Afro hairdo changed. This is only uncertain justice…that is never enough of a justice for the death sentence.
