Think there is a pretty big difference between saying Chris had "gaps in his memory" and no memory at all 30:11. I really wish whomever writes the scripts for this show would stop using misleading/lying statements. If u can't write something good or compelling without bullshitting the viewers then either you are in the wrong line of work or whomever's in charge could care less. Either way everyone involved is useless and this is 1 of the reasons I never watch this show. Wouldn't have seen this one if I wasn't busy and it came on through autoplay. This show is a joke.

@@redacted2275 I believe this commenter is doing exactly the opposite. Not incriminating the daughter at all, or assuming she knew about the crime. Just stating that the daughter was telling the truth, most likely having no idea of the crime at that time. Just honestly telling the police about her father's actions and behavior that night. Not trying to cover for him, not even aware he needed cover. Just said what happened in an honest way. And then afterward, the daughter had to find out that a crime was committed.

Some people in your comment section seem to have a hard time understanding why you used the word "misogyny" to describe what happened to this woman. There's no better way to demonstrate misogyny than the murdering of a woman by a man because she didn't want to date or have contact with him. I think we all can infer that if you shoot someone in the head because of these things, you probably hate them. For all the people in the back of the classroom, "Misogyny often manifests as a sense of entitlement and hostility toward women, particularly when they assert autonomy over their lives, choices, and relationships. In this case, the act of violence stems from the perpetrator's refusal to accept the woman's right to reject him or control her own interactions and boundaries."

He was awfully generous to lend his cell mate $10k when he was in the middle of mounting his own defense. His initial response to detectives telling him about Leslie's death was ridiculously cringe-worthy. The "code" was also ridiculous and obvious. I admire his daughter so much for being honest!! Also, his brother... unless his brother had started to hide the gun for him and changed his mind and "found" it. Clearly, Bobby is not above asking people to get rid of weapons. I also admire the prosecuting attorney for his poise and tenacity, doing what he does while living with his ailment.

Honestly, I'm wondering if everyone's referring to another episode because I disagree. Her hair looks old, her eyes are sunken in and her dark circles appear to be the permanent kind that come with age. My aunt, who's 86 years old, looks like that now.

1. Chris is so handsome and amazing. 👏🏾 2. Leslie was punished, by simply trying to move on, heal and live.🤦🏾‍♀ 3. Bobby Tarr is the epitome of evil.💩

@@ABC-ed8cg The biggest annoyance about that (someone telling you lies you can see right through) is that they consider you too dumb to realize they are lying, that you would fall for it. Such an insult.

When Erin asks Bobby if he hurt or killed that woman, both times he closed his eyes all the way while shaking his head! That is "eye blocking" and is a sign of deception
