I made your dish tonight for a special birthday meal with the family. I used store bought pre marinated raw chicken tikka and blitz them in the food processor then made the balls. Great result from an easy to follow recipe. Thanks Al. Cheers 🥂

Malai Kofta around here is usually cheese and potato balls with a cashews, sometimes pistachios. The gravy has a cashew base, really rich and creamy. We'll have to try this version...

Made this tonight, absolutely fantastic, used minced chicken but will try again with pork or lamb. Fresh chillies and coriander missing from ingredients list, but noted from video, I used Kashmir Chilli powder gave a nice heat, great work Al will be back to try other recipes now

I got to try this before my brother Deano beats me to it, pluss it looks great alternative to a BIR especially if you have run out of base gravey. 19 crimes cured in Rum barrels is a great red wine wich i think would go down great with this dish. Hi Al. This looks the business! I can't seem to get coconut block in New Zealand. Can I use coconut cream, or a concoction of coconut flour? Also. if you have a greenhouse, you should be able to grow a curry plant. I have one in my conservatory, and it is getting bigger by the day almost. It's about 75cm tall with heaps of leaves on it. Although they are getting fewer by the day! Cheers Bro.

So the ingredients for the meatballs says to use 1 tablespoon of salt but in the video, use 1 teaspoon of salt. I'm about to make this now so going to go with the tablespoon because you say the ingredients list is always right unlike on the videos sometimes. Fingers crossed!

Hey Al, I've been watching your videos and making your curries for a couple of years now. I don't think you need all these video effects you are using. The breaks in the video stream, and little bursts of music etc. Just keep it simple. You and your curries speak for themselves. This video came across for me at least as gimmicky... Just be cool and tell us about the curry and how to cook it...

Ah man you changed your music. Why? I liked it, it had a signature sound to it and it related to what your do. I get this is more dynamic, but who's your audience? 20-year olds who need a distraction every 1.3 seconds? No mate, your audience are mature adults. This is just one guy talking here, but I'd go back to the old tune. Would bay leaves work in this? Seems like a natural fit. What about lemon grass? Or is that too far off?
