Without any supplementary...Box Instead natural diet what you taught Helped me a lot Boiled eggs , mutton in winters , boiled vegetables soup, All night Soaked Nutrela for protein & Black grams for energy. Day 1 (Monday) - Chest & Abs a. Smith machine flat bench press! warm up set - 15 reps (low weight) preparation set - 10 reps (+ weight) 2 failure sets - 8 to 10 reps (max weight) b. Two exercises in superset i. Incline Dumbbell press (at 25°) 1st set - 10 reps then, immediately do ii. Flat dumbbell fly 1st set - 10 reps as well, In the 2nd & 3rd sets, increase weight and try to do 10 reps..😁 c. High incline barbell bench press (35°) 3 sets × 10 reps (increase weight in every set) d. Two exercises in superset i. Bent arm barbell pullover (on flat bench) 1st set - 12 reps then, immediately do ii. Pushups (i can't do weighted ones😁) 1st set - 12 reps In the 2nd set, increase weight and try to do 10 reps.. e. Seated Military Press 4 sets × 12 reps (increase weight in every set) f. Decline Sit-ups 3 sets × 20/25 reps😉 g. Hanging Reverse Crunches 3 sets × 15/20 reps h. Knee held crunches 3 sets × 15/20 reps

sir mere four questions hai Q.1=sir meri age 16 year hai aor mujay gym karte huaye 10days ho gaye hai but meri family wale gym karne ke liye mana kar rahe hai mujay kya karna chiye? Q.2=me aak din me aak body part ki excercise karta hu to mujay mix me excercise karni chiye ya aak din me aak hi me confused hu? Q.3=me aak din me aak body part clear karta hu aor one to one and half houres excercise karta hu jab me excercise karta hu tab to meri body me pain hota hai lekin phir bad bilkul bhi pain nahi hota aaise lagta hi nahi hai jaise mene gym kiya hai? Q.4=aor abhi mujay supliments lene chiye ya nahi? please reply all the questions....
