This is the best grocery-shopping video I have seen from you guys because he is so well-spoken. Calm, he doesn't joke around like the other or goof off - he explain really well, he knows alot about this - you can tell. I am not really into bodybuilding but I read John's life story and he is a very admirable and good man with extreme will power. 95% of men in his life position would have ended up dead or in jail. He is one of the greats. He took the hand life has given him and played his cards right.

This was one of my first videos of John's and afterwards I've watched so many of his workout videos on form and execution of an exercise. I knew then he was an exceptional teacher and now with his passing and the immense outpouring of grief from the BB community, I realize how very fortunate I've been to learn from him and will continue to. Sourdough bread is mainly wild yeast and lactobacillus. The sour flavor is from lactobacillus producing lactic acid as it consumes nutrients in the flour. Acetobacter produces acetic acid from ethanol; it isn’t involved much if at all in natural sour dough bread.

I love John Meadows. Even as a Bodybuilder who knows how to diet, who knows how to train, etc. i always find myself watching John, to get even more advice. peanut butter is very bad fat source. Full of omega 6 fats. Highly pro inflammatory.. You want good and cheap diet? Oats, buckwheat, potatoes, rice for carbs. WHOLE eggs not fucking egg whites, ground beef and sardines for protein and fats... That is cheap diet, but full of micronutrients. Egg whites and wheat sandwiches are fucking empty calories. You need minerals and vitamins as well..
