The variables of the range of motion and the geometric factors of engineering. Incredible. Then the instantaneous muscle reaction to required desired movement. Engineering on genius level.

+AnatomyZone Great video, like the angles, if possible it would be cool if you guys could do more fore-shorted angles of the feet rotating form difficult angles.

Thank you for the foot 👣 information. It helps me to understand the right foot walking technique as your feet contact the ground from the heel, roll on the outside of the foot, and push off on the ball of the foot, thank you

tibial nerve innervates medial foot, branches into lateral and medial plantar nerve except for deep fibular nerve which innervates extensor digitorum brevis + first 2 dorsal interosseus muscles, extensor digitorum brevis and hallucis are considered together; the brevis inserts laterally to the 3 phalanges before the longus, innervated by the deep fibular nerve

Hi, I love your videos, but the deep fibular nerve does not inervate any of the dorsal interosseous muscles, the lateral plantar nerve does, according to the netter and moore, continue the great job! 🤗🤗

That "Flexor" that he points to at 1:39, I think I tore it. Earlier this year some time in January, I sprained my ankle running for the bus. My doctor told me it wasn't broken but she said, even still, it may never be the same again. Its now September and I'm beginning to feel pain in it again and the pain feels as if there is some sort of ligament or tendon pulling flesh away from bone. That's the only way I can describe it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to make it better?

I don't know if anyone at AnatomyZone continues to monitor comments on this post any longer. PLEASE HELP ME, SOMEBODY. I had an "Ankle Fusion" so the muscles that make my ankle work no longer are very involved in the process of walking. I'm "supposed" to be able to use my foot muscles to take over the duties. I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO MAKE THIS WORK. My foot muscles simply don't have the strength to carry my 285-pound Frame. I have tried to build the strength of these muscles so I can begin to walk somewhat normally. I don't know if i'm doing the wrong exercises. Please someone help me. I'm in trouble and too young to be having walking issues.

I practiced taekwondo for 1 year and stopped 3 years ago. And now my foot moves so clumsy. Maybe due to taekwondo movement which is not anatomical. I was taught to stretch my leg to the way which my body is not designed for.
