Colleen do you think that core memory feeling you’re describing is truly feeling and embodying empathy for the first time as a young kid? Like realizing that your sister is her own person and more than just your own perception of her? I’ve had similar moments like that with my own younger siblings where I realize how deeply I care for them as their own individual. It’s intense!

I love watching Rachel come onto your podcast Colleen. I really enjoy your podcast with Erik but if he is busy with work I really hope you continue to have Rachel on the podcast. Watching you two as sisters loving each other’s company makes me smile and I’m so happy you have that kind of relationship with one another. The game was so much fun. I really miss the family moments on both your vlog channels. Rachel, recently said she is in a good place and feels she can share more in her vlogs now as she sees the supportive comments. I hope Colleen you can do the same. You deserve to share your mom and dad on the videos again. I love seeing your gatherings like the cookie party or holidays. I hope feel that those who care about your family and watched for years are here to watch the love you give to your husband, to your family, to your friends. Know Colleen you are always kind, caring and you deserve, joy, happiness and you are a good person. I’m glad you have a great team of therapists that are working with you to help build your esteem and teach you strategies to help you with ADHD, anxiety, depression and give you a safe place to talk to. I’m so proud of your family. I really hope you and Rachel can make these episodes happy every month to six weeks. You laugh a lot when you are together and I’ve missed it from your old vlogs and Rachel’s vlogs. Thanks so much ladies. Don’t get me wrong Erik and Colleen vlogs are the best! These sister vlogs are a wonderful addition if Erik is away or working. We love the dates you both have when you record together. I wish Erik’s dad could be a regular portion where you ask questions from things posted in the chats to learn about something cool or fatherly advice for those that don’t have a dad they could ask. I think Tim would be also a good phone in too! Just a thought.

So good! Also, possible "painful hair" fix: I had the same issue until I stopped spraying water on my hair to "style it" in the morning and then shortly after putting it in a pony or bun. A nurse told me that painful feeling could be caused by bacteria that thrive in moisture. When I fully dry it (takes forever!) after wetting it and before putting a hair contraption in it, I don't get the pain. Note: even if I only wear it in a pony wet for like 10 minutes, it is painful for days with no pony (unless I dry it pre-pony).
