We were at this concert. It was unbelievable beautiful. Breathtaking. The young Beethoven, turned into Mozart! You brought so much light into it. So nice. And than Schumann. Mesmerising! Your love for Robert Schumann shone like the sun! Thank you so much!!!

@@TiffanyPoonpianist Your videos are educational, inspiring and always a joy to watch! Understand that it isn't easy to always stay motivated (must be tedious with all the editing/administrative work etc), but just wanted to put it out there that you are blessing many others including myself with your effort and hard-work! Really hope that you are able to strive on, but only at a pace which is comfortable for yourself. Also, wish you good luck & enjoy your performance today! 🙏

PS. Favorite composer(s) for me…… hmm 🤔. Wow 😮 JS Bach, Beethoven, Debussy, Gershwin, Liszt, Wagner, oh and yes Mussorgsky and Schumann. Yep! Long list but each has compositions that I am very fond of. I like John Williams and Leonard Bernstein in the genre of movie score writers as well. Williams in particular. I truly hope that I have the extreme pleasure of seeing you perform one day. Oh please, PLEASE come to Central Florida. With my best wishes for you success, peace, joy and, contentment. God bless and watch over you. 🤗☺️✝️🙏🏻

Constraints drive creativity indeed. It makes sense when endless freedom on making a program will put you in a "writer's block". Your analogies on switching are actually nice. I hope your jet lag doesn't constrain your performance. Best of luck!

I am also partial to Schuman. 😊😊Have you ever performed in the southeastern United States? I live in northwest Alabama and I have to travel 2-3 hours in any direction to hear good piano music live.😊😊😊

Tiffany showing her intellect in Concert program design. I do recall being commented after playing 'May your sheep gently graze' on the Organ at the end of a funeral that this piece would not be appropriate for the funeral of a Butcher.

Wouldn’t it be an option, to decide on a Programm and travel the world with it? So you could play much more concerts (for all locations at which option 1 works) and have a Programm that works for you in which you feel comfortable and also you might be able to play a lot of chamber music with friends and other musicians on your way around the world. That would be so much fun and also very rewarding. Your German is very good btw. I am living not far away from Monheim. I will try to come! 💕

have you always wanted to play piano when you were younger?
Yay - Tiffinay uploads :) :) Hey, I have a question - what is the difference for you and musically between whether you are doing a recital vs a concert? What are the different expectations of each? Also... when I attend concerts, it is always awkward about the encores. Sometimes the performers stay off stage too long before coming back - and what if they don't clap long enough - have you ever just not done an encore?

I didn’t realize she edited these too. Good humor always helps atone to the reality of absorbed info. “If you’re going to tell people the truth you’d better make them laugh else they will want to kill you” I think a playwright once said this. He may have been referencing his time in jail. The squeak of the squirrel at her not getting to the end of her sentence sums it up. Thank you. 😊

You posted 6 minutes ago... and you got a commercial for Guardians of the Galaxy! Wooooo! Then for Viking Cruises (big time!)... so... you decide which scores to perform by tearing them up and deciding which ones made the best rice grains? How to make videos: stick to your original recipe: the life of a concert pianist (in its many details, and all the she appreciates etc. etc.) (and don't forget your video artistic urges)...
@dummag4126 Жыл бұрын
For me you are the best pianist I know, i explain...i prefer sweet light precise and many other qualities you have instead a fast and hipervirtuosist pianist like many others chinese and not...Piano music is not a F1 race.

My Niece and Goddaughter, I have learnt have returned from Croatia, although your concert was over a year ago. Your next concert is in Germany, although this video was 5 months ago and possibly this has already happened. Of course I am of the UK and I am willing to apologise in advance if unfair, the 'C' word you use seems rather 'strong' language from such a sensitive pianist. Visually provacative language, personally I try to avoid the temptation from the danger of 'seeing' in the mind what you 'hear'. Down to earth talking certainly has it's place, though I could be wrong though in 5 or 6 years of Engineering Education after leaving school I only recall one 'S' word during a day release workshop first day verbal safety 'brief' from a lecturer for high impact description of the dangers of bad operating of machinery.
