Can’t believe it’s been 5 years

My entire life was affected by the greatness of one season his first season with Jay. I've had the privilege of having my son nephew and neice now going through the program. My love of Avon band has followed me all over the world. I got stopped in Frankfurt international wearing a band shirt. They wanted to know if it was THE Avon Marching Black and Gold. I ended up giving this German family my show shirt. This program doesn't just change life's its changes families. I know it has mine growing up and my family now as well.

This was a good show. This documentary does a good job showcasing Mr. Webb, whom all of us that have followed ISSMA and BOA have so much respect for. I felt they could have shown more of the show on the field in this piece. There is hardly any clips of the actual show. I was fortunate to see it at Grand Nationals. Being a big fan of ISSMA, I will always remember this show as the year they chose not to compete at Semi State and therefore State Finals. Jay Webb will definitely someday be in the "Music for All Bands of Americas" Hall of Fame

Avon has been robbed of first at BOA multiple times. They should’ve won in 2005, 2007, 2016 and 2017 as well.
