So.. Gen 1 Elite Four theme has the same kind of intensity vibe as Gen 5’s, but Gen 1’s gives the feeling that there’s a time to let you shine in front of the Elite Four. Whereas Gen 5’s doesn’t even give a damn to set out friendly fire even tho they 4 feels friendly to you. ❤ Gen 3’s mainly focuses on epic battle. Not as exactly as Ash-epic-vibes-from-anime, but it’s the perfect theme for you after what you have done dealing with one of the most enormous god monsters that create the world and crazy villain bosses.

I think the Gen 5 E4 theme is unbeaten. Also one of the only elite four that had a different name, the four Heavenly Kings. Like how badass is that?!

Gen V's elite four theme literally had no business bopping that hard. I have ingrained nostalgia for the Gen III soundtrack, but the more I listen to the OSTs for each Gen (VII and earlier) the more I realize Gen V on average outperforms their counterparts. Sure there are moments where other Gens shine (like Cynthia's Champion Theme), but for the most part Gen V really did get excellent music.

If we ever get a Western us region or latin latin america inpired region, it should reference thr unova elite 4 theme since they'd be on the same continet in the pokemon world. Alaowe need more native american stuff and portrayed accurate

I will say, this is a very underrated series. Sure, it is just a tier list sort of series. Still, with you being a musician, it's nice to see how you go in depth about things, but not so in depth that you lose the average viewers who watch these. Love it 😁👌

i think you'll really enjoy the pokemon masters versions of these! they did unique, personalized remixes of the e4 theme for every individual elite 4 member and they go hard. currently every region except kalos and galar have gotten this treatment. there's 4 different unova ones and 5 alola ones, they're all so good

Gen 3, especially the original with the trumpets, will always have a special place in my heart, but for sheer intensity, well, everyone else here has already voiced their opinions on 5 and 7, but 6 is also up there for me.

My favorite had to be gen 2 because that's the one I grew up with and gen 5 because it slaps 5:02 side note gen4's e4 is shared with the gym leaders so that's why it's kinda lackluster imo

You should ave listen to BDSP version, it's much more different than the DPP version (who's too similar to the Gym Leader theme).

I'm really disappointed that gamefreak didn't give gen 4 a separate elite 4 theme like why I don't understand. Gen 3 had a separate elite 4 theme from the gym leaders so why would they not do the same for gen 4?

i have to comment this but i can’t tell you how many times i’ve replayed this video because of how genuine you react and how well you respond to these themes. also as a gen 5 stan it’s very satisfying seeing unova take the win. can’t stress enough about how good your videos are. keep it up and i can’t wait to see more!!! :D

I will give it to Platinum/Diamond/Pearl for at least changing the key signature to add a subtle difference between the Elite Four and the Gym Leaders. Fire Red/Leaf Green and Heart Gold/Soul Silver just have the same themes for both of their Gym Leaders and Elite Four. The Black and White/B2 and W2 Elite Four theme is very good, and iconic, but I actually really enjoyed the Sun and Moon/US and UM Elite Four theme. :)

You should check out the Smash Ultimate remix of Sun and Moon's elite four theme, it mixes it with Solgaleo and Lunala's theme and makes it even better!
