At the end of their concerts they have "ARMY Time" and they dress down, usually by wearing their tour merch but really styled to their own personalities. j-hope always adds a little bag, Suga usually has some finger-gloves or a headband, V occasionally rocks a beret...it's always a set of four songs that are more fun and intimate and it's kind a little post-show. For one of the songs during ARMY time at this same concert, they had a giant bouncy house on the stage. Make it Right is also part of the ending set so they were dressed casually in that one too. It's definitely not typical of their stage performances. It's just a special thing they've always done. During that time, ARMY also does a little event for BTS where we have little signs with messages on them that we hold up to show BTS. It's just a cute, fun tradition.

Yes they do have stylists that coordinates their outfits. Usually for official appaerances and brodscasts (like Tiny desk and MTV unplugged) they are dressed to fit the theme/vibe of the song. Like in Tiny desk, since Dynamite is a disco-pop song with a retro concept, they were dressed accordingly. They do have fancy stage outfits in their concerts as well, which you can see if you watch concert versions of i.e. Dionysus or Mic drop. So what was one of the ending songs of their concert. For all the songs performed in the encore, they are dressed more casually wearing their tour merch.

The outfits they are wearing here are casual, and I believe they were probably personally chosen for comfort and coolness. This performance is from one of their 2018-2019 World Tour concerts. Typically these concerts have more than 25 songs, with several video interludes that allow them to catch their breath, hydrate, cool off, dry off, and change outfits. The concerts are so so strenuous. There is backstage footage that shows some close to collapse between the segments. They use fans, cold packs, and sometimes even oxygen, to recover between segments, while the video interludes are playing. This song was included in the WT in Saõ Paolo concert that was the third item in today's BangBangCon21 BangtanTV YT 8-hour livestream. The song was the 26th out of 29 live songs. Their World Tour concerts typically have 40K to 80K people in the audience. They last two and a half to three hours. So comparing them with Tiny Desk is like matching a sesame seed up to a beach ball. What you're seeing in this video are seven guys and a support team who have been performing for more than 2 hours, live, in front of tens of thousands of people, also live. For them to be wearing pretty suits at this point in the concert is asking them to collapse on the stage. For them to be doing small-scale personal interactions is ignoring the tens of thousands of people who came to see them. Amazing how non-chaotic their concerts are. Yet full of happiness, energy, life. Judging by the quality of the video interludes for the WT in Saõ Paolo concert, you would be probably happy with a live concert. Some of the elegance and humor that was in the Tiny Desk concert, that you're missing here, was present in the video interludes. There is no typical BTS. They are famously multi-genre. Even in a single song.

I’m not even kidding, some Bts songs (like Best of me, wings and so what) on the Speak yourself tour had people that hyped that the whole stadium shook! I remember screaming so much my head started pounding so I stopped for a sec to take my painkillers and I could feel the Wembley stands shaking underneath me because EVERYONE was jumping 😅 it was amazing!

Their concerts are really energetic. They literally run around like this for the whole 2 1/2 hours. I went to their Rose Bowl concert in 2019 and the synergy between the singers and also the audience was unbelievable. I am talking from a mid 50's perspective lol.

When kpop groups release a new song, it usually comes with a concept. Dynamite was retro and so the clothes they wore were a retro 70s-80s disco flavour. This is what they wore for Tiny Desk. ... In concert, they have numerous costume changes. In the encore, they are typically very casual and usually wear clothes that are part of the tour merchandise. It's almost like team outfits, as there are comparisons to be made between kpop recruitment and training and, for example, the way the NCAA recruits and trains college athletes--including team clothing in public appearances. (I'm 58 and have followed kpop for over a decade and the NCAA for multiple decades...I also remember the 70s😊)

They have all have stylists but the members approve everything they wear. They don't take brand deals, and only promote what they actually like. They all wear whatever the concept that they're doing calls for. NPR was kinda supposed to be retro themed cuz they were performing on a classic medium in a record store, and they were promoting their song Dynamite which is retro themed. They change outfits multiple times during concerts. So What is on their encore section of the concert, which is the ending segment. It's more laid back and doesn't have a lot of choreo, if any. So they wear much more casual attire, in this case that tour's concert apparel merchandise. They interact with each other plenty during concerts lmao. The concerts are 3 hours long. You can bet that you're gonna feel like you're third wheeling at some point in the concert. Sometimes, it feels like you're third wheeling the entire group. Literally they're saps for each other 💀💀💀

BTS concert tickets are the hottest like no other like in 5 to 10 minutes will be gone. To really appreciate BTS you should watch the live were they give everything. Just imagine BTS performing for 2 hours or more all by themselves from start to finished. That's why even American or western artist are in awe and could not believed it seeing the audience really having a good time. It's like one concert show you have to see before you die. Cheers.

This performance was part of the encore (I think the outfits were therefore supposed to look more relaxed. However, their clothing changes a lot throughout the concert - and everytime time they have a comeback + new concept). That might explain why they were running even more around - they like to say hi and thank you to all armys who came. They really do all genres - just think about how many different artist you've mentioned during bts reactions. And I love that they are talented enough to pull it off and not be limited by anything.

If you're curious about their outfits, usually during concerts, BTS stylists usually dress them in some comfortable clothes especially during encore. (p.s. this Make It right stage is on the encore or last part of the show). On BTS concerts comfortable and casual clothes like these are worn by artists so that they can jump around the stadium, goof around as they approach the end part of the show

They have about 6-8 costume changes per concert. What they're wearing right now is their concert tour merch.. It's their last costume coz this song is performed during the Encore (last 4 songs) and thus the most casual costume for the night.

They usually get dressed according to the vibe/theme of the song or the concept they’re in. Like TV performances/award shows and late nights shows and others they will have coordinated outfits (eg Dynamite they were wearing like 70-80s fashion with wide legend trousers, Boy with Luv era was bright, pink and colourful, Fake Love was dark outfits, silk shirts and harnesses etc). On their concerts they do sometimes wear stage outfits too or just merch items

If you are curious about who choses their outfits, ofc they have stylists to do so however, during major shows they attend to, bts usually tends to have a say on what outfit concept they want to pull off. They don't specifically choose certain brands, as they chose on whatever they want to wear. It has also been revealed that BTS (personally) usually pay 50% of the outfits they wore on major shows especially if it's from luxurious branding.

Lol, this is from their encore. They dress down in tour merch and just run all over the stage to wave to ARMY. It's a lot more casual and relaxed than the actual concert portion and they just fool around enjoying spending time with ARMY. When they first say it's time for the last song, there's actually almost an hour left to the concert. Their encore set is usually 3-4 songs, they take turns making their last comments to the audience, take a picture with ARMY, and then they spend almost 10min going all over the stage saying goodbye

Most of their on stage clothing is arranged by their stylists, and sometimes they'll all use clothes from one brand. They're given more freedom on their encore stages (this one is one!) where they'll use tour merch but can accessorize their hats and stuff more freely. However, recently their management gives them a lot of freedom on hairstyles and accessories, but usually not their on stage clothing.

By the time we get to this point in the concert, the gloves are off and it’s just one big celebration. They’re having fun with themselves, with each other, and then with ARMY depending on the moment and who they’re around. I think it has to do with when it's more televized like tiny desk or dear class of 2020 or MTV unplugged they put more of an effort in to styling what best fits the song and performance. In concerts they have different outfits but usually with songs like So what, anpanman and go go it's more of a let loose and let's just have fun and then they wear more casual outfits. They do a lot of outfit changes in concert so they won't wear this the whole night

i think this is different from the Tiny Desk just because they do not only interact with each other but they also have to interact to or more so entertain their audience. It was actually a lot of adjustment to them that they were not able to see their fans because they are so used to having an audience while performing.
