I tend to think there is disunity amongst Islamic governments though, and what Israel is doing is a testament to that. Only Iran and supposedly Yemen had the guts to actually do something. The rest are just loud on social media. Even though I'm against violence of any nature, the Arab world should make a strong stance against Israel and force them to stop what they are doing with Palestine and Lebanon, but I find it quite ironic that a country like Egypt has built a larger heavily fortified wall against the Palestinians than Israel has. So where is this unity we are talking about?

"And to warn those who claim Allah has offspring, They have no knowledge of this, nor did their forefathers. What a terrible claim that comes out of their mouths! They say nothing but lies." Quran[18:4-5] Most Christians pray to God, Jesus, Mother Mary and The Holy Spirit. That's Idolatry. "And ˹on Judgment Day˺ Allah will say, “O Jesus, son of Mary! Did you ever ask the people to worship you and your mother as gods besides Allah?” He will answer, “Glory be to You! How could I ever say what I had no right to say? If I had said such a thing, you would have certainly known it. You know what is ˹hidden˺ within me, but I do not know what is within You. Indeed, You alone are the knower of the unseen." I agree that ummah is more united then ever, but as muslim from the West or even Global South I should always critisise events like this today: Egypt has today allowed German ship carrying explosives for Israel to dock in Alexandria. How can that be explained or justified? Ir cannot. How can any of our Arab leaders accept visits from US delegates that are pretending to "kick-starting ceasefire talks" when we know that they are themselves attacking Gaza and Lebanon and we know they can just stop it whenever they want? But instead we play their games and play stupid. I don't agree. Ummah is united due to common danger and because we are witnessing unprecedented evil done to our brothers and sisters, but our leaders are not doing enough about it and are not united enough. I don't expect war decelerations, but much more can be done.

When you mention 'Muslim countries,' you're almost always referring to just two or three Gulf countries, which are vastly different economically and politically from other countries, like Egypt. The average Egyptian doesn’t need the West to teach them to resent their own rulers. Have you ever listened to a single speech by Sisi? Have you not noticed the condescending way he and his military oligarchs talk to ordinary citizens? Have you not seen the extensive networks of corruption, the endless arrests without trials that stretch on for decades, often on the mere suspicion of being associated with the 'Ikhwan' or simply passing by someone who is? Ask Egyptians of any social class living in the West, and I guarantee you that 90% of them would tell you life in the West is better than in their homeland. Egypt is practically strangled financially by debts designed to make it as hard as possible to repay so the western organisations can effectively enslave it through enslaving their economy. It’s in a position that cannot be envied. They are forced to put their properties for sale, in a vicious cycle of dept, but the positive side is that the gulf countries are the ones buying it and investing in it. That is, of course, not something the Egyptian government wants to happen, but it’s a trillion times better than the predatory west moving first to buy it. As the gulf countries have a vested interest in seeing the region prosper. It’s not the ideal scenario that we want to see, but that is exactly one of the points made in the video. If you are able to think strategically and think about the best conceivable path that is available to us, even if we don’t fully like it or if there are faults with it in regards to the west, why can’t you apply the same thinking to the Muslim world, especially in a crucial and critical time period of change such as this. The very fact that BRICKS exist is an opportunity that we cannot afford to miss. Especially in the period of transition to the global south. It’s the opportunity that will dictate the cards we can play and our position and influence for the foreseeable future.

What I really appreciate about this man is that he makes me think. There is certainly a lot wrong with our leaders in the Islamic world, but in the West, the treatment of our Ummah is often even worse. Another point, which I’m curious about Mr. Bolsen’s perspective on, is that many leaders in our Ummah have come to power through Western influence and largely serve Western interests. How does he think we should address this? I fully agree that Muslims in the West often hold an overly simplistic view of Islamic countries and tend to criticize their own countries-often unjustly.

If we are as United as you say and I hope for the ummahs sake that we are. Why are there over 2 billion Muslims in the world and the issue of Palestine can not be resolved? If the US for example can send aid to IsraHell and support why can’t the Muslim world not do the same for Palestine? Salam alaykum brother/sister. You seem to have missed the point of his speech. 1) No country exists in a vacuum. You have to trade and deal with other countries. And Muslim countries can't only deal with each other. Believe it or not, we need those other countries. 2) The enemies of Palestine altogether are more powerful than the allies or well-wishers of Palestine. So it's not so simple as putting their foot down or sending in their army to help. 3) Remember that the Prophet (PBUH) compromised and made treaties before he had power, e.g. the Treaty of Hubaydiyyah. This treaty, even though it disfavored them, kept the Muslims alive. He only fought when he had enough men (not really) to fight and a defensible place to fight from. It would be foolish to just go out to fight without a winning strategy especially when the odds are so not in our favor. And say whatever you will about the Muslim ummah, we are not foolish. 4) So until we are in a position of military and economic advantage, we must do the little we can. We will bargain, we will compromise, and we will pray. And Inshallah, Palestine will be free.

I have the same story, though I now live in Wales which is a lot more civilised than England... it's mind blowing how people here just can't grasp the fact that Britain and america are the bad guys. During the period I lost my son, and his mother to murder right here people call paradise. I really thought brainwashing was selective and had doubts, but is real, and is in full force. Some are so brainwashed even to see with their own eyes does nothing but they defend the brainwash itself. The force at work in america is dangerous and once it get to you it becomes self destructive and is contagious. The force at work has no borders, no redlines, no racism, no discrimination, and only gives you the best false image of your mind. My best advise is leave your comfortzone and go see the world. Experience other cultures and embrace it because it is all part of humanity. America is designed to corrupt you one way or the other, but if you can understand this america opens you up like no other place in the world can.
