This is the first time I've seen someone cook mussels out of their shells I thought they had to be cooked in their shells

I like the idea..But those big slices of ginger?..Who on earth would want a huge uncooked slice of ginger. Adding it at the start might have saved that.. But then the near raw Coriander un chopped.. Best thing would be replace the sliced ginger with water chestnut sliced for a welcome crunch and add the ginger 50 50 with your garlic minced.. Please listen to me a re cook this good recipe
