MUST DO Cheap Mod! (G37/370z) - Tinting taillights (DIY)

Today I tinted the taillights on my 2013 G37s. It is a super cheap mod that changes the appearance of your car and is something I believe every car owner should do to make their car look more aggressive. @@garbg it was a pain to do but it looked good, I just used taillight tint film. Air bubbles ended up forming so I ripped it off.

looks good, if you decide to get a front lip or diffuser ill be down to install it. i installed the front lip on nicks 335i.

Do not apply too much heat. But my edges actually started wrinkling back a bit too unfortunately

Is this level of tint street legal? Have you had any issues with cops citing you for them?

They are not technically legal in my state. However, I did get pulled over once and did not get any tickets for the tinted taillights. But ofc depends on the cop. I will say it's worth it bc it makes ur car look so much more aggressive

Wouldn't recommend using paint as paint is very difficult to take off. And I used 20% tint, link in bio
