College athlete performs elbow and forearm strengthening exercises. These are must know exercises to strengthening the arm and are great for when you are not yet ready to perform strengthening exercises with a weight or theraband. Think of these as a precursor to concentric strengthening. Enjoy!

New grad getting ready for the NBCOT here! I was wondering if you could do a video on appropriate interventions to implement based on a patients manual muscle test grade. I keep missing those questions on my practice exams.

I am sure I have forearm tendonitis(only on right hand). I was informed isometric exercises can speed the healing process. I've been doing this for 2 days now, and like to know if there's a chance of overdoing them? (Like too many reps, I've been doing them for 5 seconds and just spread out throughout the day) So far, I haven't been in any extra pain. Just asking for safety.
