UPDATE: unironically the second deck I showcase is in fact the best one I’ve used to auto farm the promo packs on expert mode for a full set in UNDER AN HOUR (See community posts for more) However, although Moltres does seem to ramp correctly, here are some things to note. - Ramps growlithe over cent - splits up ramp if other moltres is on bench - ends turn without attacking if both x speeds are used (bug) But other than that, it’s having a more consistent win rate than the blaine aggro deck tbh.

I had one game where I only draw the one Vulpix as a basic and still got the 3 kills thanks to Giovanni and Blaine. It was very scary.

I played the event moments ago, got 2 packs(from expert because I got nothing from the other easier 3.), and BOTH OF THEM WERE THE FULL-ART CARD...

The Blaine rental deck got me the low rarity win, still working on the others EDIT: The easy farm deck did so well! Got me all of the rewards plus my full set, and I'm sitting on 5 total Venusaurs. It's interesting to note that the AI doesn't seem to know how to use Sabrina offensively on our side... At least that was my experience. It would ignore the obvious play of swapping out an easy OHKO and let the Venusaur EX sit in the active spot.

I would say keep them for now. On the 12th of December if you won't have at least 2 of every card then use it imo

So I believe the Venasaur ex could possibly take 3 hits from the regular arcanine. Venasaur has 190 hp. Arcanine does 120 damage (130 with GIo), bringing it down to 70 or 60 hp. Then if they have erica (heals 50 damage to a grass type) and they use Giant Bloom (heals 30 damage), then they go back up to 140 or 150. Should put it in a one hit range for the next pokemon, but just something to keep in mind. Thanks for the great vid!

Remember you can change language and collect the Venasaur in all 9 languages. Took me 46 packs for Lapras

I ended up dropping Sabrina in my auto deck because it didn't seem to use it, even when there was a guaranteed winning play that was just Sabrina + attacking. My deck runs magmar because magmar plus Blaine one shots lilligant. Other than those two things my auto deck is the exact same haha! Edit: dropped magmar for Giovanni lol

I've been running just ninetales and Rapidash with 2 Blaine, both really cheap attack and retreat cost, Rapidash to chip away and Ninetales the big hitter..... Been sweeping thru the event

Only have 1 Arcanine EX and never got normal Arcanine, so i cannot use Growlite max potential. Luckily got 2 Moltres EX yesterday in 1 free pack

Blaine/Arcanine EX is auto win. 90%+ win rate. Currently on 18 game win streak. 2x Ninetails 2x Arcanine EX 2x Blaine 1x Radipdash. The rest is your choice. I pretty much only needing 1 more victory to complete the event before I ran out of stamina.

Ive personally been having success with running rapidash + arcanine ex to auto the final difficulty. Im on 7/8 wins on auto with it, which is a small sample size but hey, its day 1 and I thought id mention it regardless. I recon you could probably get even more consistent running baby arcanine considering the one loss i had was because arcanine EX gives 2 points, but i only have the ex's so i cannot try base arcanine. In theory though, i dont see it missing out on kos because of the damage difference so the only thing that could hurt it is 20 less hp. Running 2 rapidash 2 rk9ex 2 prof research 2 pkballs 2 gio 2 blaine 2 xspeed 2 potion (As someone pointed out in another comment, autoplay is awful with sabrina, so I dropped her)

@ just use a charizard deck, that deck sucks asssss. Auto does funky stuff even on meta decks it’ll make questionable moves. Pikachu deck went 2/5 and charizard went 3/5 on auto. If you yourself play it’s a 100% win always, I’ve done 18 round charizard games where I had the worst draws. charizard moltres 1x meowth

The ai is dumb as long as you use like 1-2 mons that are powerful and ez to set up the ai will win. I have used primeape/kang and also a Moltres ex. Both decks are decent. You don’t really need 4-6 mons.

U can use articuno only variant deck with only 3 articuno and it slaps hard i use that on auto😅 misty with auto hits while i play i get tails😂

If you autopilot the 3rd deck, I would use gio over Sebrina, the AI just has no idea how to use her. But more better dmg is always good with the ai

Yeah so that last deck definitely is not it.... Lost my first match on expert because I auto battled... Saw the auto put two energy on my rapidash on the bench when my ninetales in the active spot needed one to flamethrower..maybe they have a diffeent auto player on mine that wants me to lose. 😂
