I personally don’t think 40 ft lbs of torque is required for the small bolts on the sleeve! Matter of fact… I know it isn’t because I had one break off! Had to pull it out and torqued em down to 25/30 ft lbs! (This was on the FAS sleeve) Great video though!

Yea you're prolly right but the instruction manual called for 40ft-lbs so naturally we did 45 haha. I guess we got lucky and avoided the breakage somehow! Perhaps the 1 thing that went right on this particular install 🤣.

Good question! Thought about addressing that in the vid but it was already too long lol. We definitely like it but I'm not sure the spacer/shim is necessary. It almost seems like that shim may be the reason why the belt occasionally needs to be adjusted/re-centered. I think the newer version is machined better and has no shim included. Either way, it definitely adds some noticeable power. Would def recommend this if you're going to 37s so you dont lose all that acceleration!

What the difference between this pulley compare to ATI 10% pulley

Good question. The ATI 10% is a real replacement crank pulley not a slip-on/slip-over like the Predator and Incognito that slip over the OEM crank pulley

@@Fawazalsobay Without a doubt - BUT the ATI will require a tune....which requires you to officially void your warranty by having to reflash your vehicle's PCM/ECM with the new tune(s)

What did you use to shave that ac bracket down for clearance?

@@68Charger526 because I didn’t want to remove the pulley, I ended up using a Dremel with one of those really skinny, grinding sanding bits. If you remember to shave the bracket before you install the pulley, then your options are almost unlimited with the amount of room you have in there -angle grinder, detail sander, possibly even an orbital sander, as well as any Dremel/oscillating tool would work.
