This tutorial is nice. Do you actually drill out the rivets of the glass mointings and replace them with bolts and nuts?

We use the glass stop rivets but buts and bolts will work fine s well

@@PowerUpAuto Yes I drilled the rivets out yesterday and used M6 bolts with self locking nuts, but I have not tightened them much to let a bit move play for them

Do a local search for power window repair and HIRE someone to do this for you.

My window came off its track. I took it to an automotive glass repair shop. 350 bucks later the guy says it's fine just don't roll down your window. There is a ball joint that isn't fitting into the back track. He says there is something missing that goes around the ball joint. 1 is there? However the ball joint is so far behind the track

you need to replace the entire glass with the glass clips attached. Video above.

Most of the important parts , your blocking . Put the camera off to the side , or move camera as you work . While you are explaining you are also blocking . This could have been a great vidio/

1994-2004. If you mean the track on the glass you will need to buy new glass to get the track. Show you? The entire video is posted.

My window makes a loud popping noise when rolling down, and slips a little wen rolling it up. What could that problem be?

Probably the glass clips coming off the glass. If unsure do a web search for power window repair and the city you are in and have someone check it out. OR pull the door panel and take a look. OR drive on down to Florida and I'll take a look.
