Hi Danny, I love your videos and I was wondering if you could answer a question. Can a manual 2000 v6 mustang keep up with a stock GT with 2k worth of mods if I get the best bang mods for my buck(like gears, intake, tune) or should I just save for a faster car? By the way, those cobras are awesome, and your videos have really helped me, keep it going!

@@bobbyperl8955 your best bet will be a supercharger and gears. I’d keep yours as a daily and get a cheap GT to build up, or upgrade to a GT if you’re not too attached to the v6. There are benefits on both sides with lower insurance on the V6, probably better gas milage, but it all depends on what you want.

@@dannyjohnsonsgarage Do you just use the supercharger from the cobra? Also is supercharging the car cheaper than buying a GT? I want to be able to beat GT's while keeping the benefits of the V6, so I was wondering if I can do that for cheap. If not what should I look for in a GT(mileage, price, etc) Thank you!

@ yeah, google “Eaton m112 for Mustang v6” and you should find some write up articles to find the kit for making the cobra supercharger work on it.

@@dannyjohnsonsgarage It seems like there's enough knowledge online to show how to install the supercharger and all the other parts you need, but It seems impossible to find an adapter plate! It will be around a year before I would do this project, but I think this might be cheaper than building a GT and also seems more rewarding.
