I smoked herb for 20 add years I started as a youth with in Rasta and I stopped for almost a year now and I feel more clarity withing my life and my daily routine so I'm in agreement that one don't need to smoke herb.

Smoke causes damage to the lung, so inhale of any type of smoke is not good. That said, I believe Ganja does have benefits, but smoking it is the least effective way of getting its benefits

Totally agree. I have drank and smoked way enough in my past life. Drinking is very bad to your mental and physical health like inhaling smoke is. My lungs are only getting fresh air now. Smoking joints is like 1970 to me. But we are living in 2022 now - next level vibes.

Basically he's saying herbs is for edible purposes if you must use them but smoking is not good because it's bad for your lungs and heart. I used to smoke herb, I stopped and went sober for like 5 years. Then I started smoking CBD and stopped. Now, I basically will eat the herb and feel irie but only on occasion.
