I once scored one of those Flex 8 station units with 400lb stacks for only $1000 ( it had a cracked weld on one of the bottom pulley brackets). Ten minutes with a welder and a can of spray paint later I sold it to a private school for $8000.

I worked for a gym for 2 years that was owned by Mel Chancey it’s called Second Chance Fitness. When he sold the gym the new owners had taken down the military flags Mel had up. A lot of people weren’t happy! It’s cool to see military in this bad ass gym!

Frank passed away and XClub closed. We opened up brand new gym with zero members (same location) and grew it from there. We didn’t buy the old gym. Thanks!
