Jis din aapne register karvai hai uss din hi aap old owner ki dakhila kharij ki application apply karva dene chaaiye thi . Uske bad unka dakhila kharija ho jata 3 months ke andar or phir aap apna dakhila karva lete

I want a suggestion...I and my 3 sisters have sold agricultural lands of 3 plots of same area whose Govt. record shows infavour of my late Father and Mother.But after selling the land some person came and shows that that land was already sold by my parents before 17 years. They did not do any record or mutation in their favour when we are selling the land. They[ previous buyer] do the record or mutation in favour of them AFTER 15-TO 20 DAYS .NOW I want to CANCEL the sell deed which I and my sisters have done and want to refund the total amount to our buyer.How to do this? Is it punishable offence by the court?Please discuss in detail.Please give your cont NO. so that I MAY CONSULT WITH YOU.Thanking you

only civil court has right to cancel the sale deed. file an application to cancel sale deed in civil court.

mere jamin ka mutation nahi hua, per house tax hamesha pay kiya jata hai. Kya bina mutation ke hum usi jamin ko bech sakte hai?

On 28-12-21, I had purchased a piece of land of Scheduled caste which is 143 approved. But by mistake in land registry paper, it is mention that both persons buyer and seller do not belong to the schedule caste. But in reality seller belongs to the schedule caste. Is it a big mistake and how can I get it correct. Plz answer

If any agricultural land is used and under custody of someone and he has gair morashi right on it more than 50 years.... But he has no ownership on it ..... If owner comes after 50-60 years and sale it to third person... In this case I want to know what is right of person using this property more than 50 years and has gair morashi right on it..

Hi, Can you please make a video explaining step by step process to generate property id for plots/flat buyers in Gurgaon ? As i come to know that people are getting lot of difficulty as MCG officials and middlemen ask for Bribe of about Rs 20,000 for generating temporary property Id. Lot of Harassment for people.
