Nihari Mutton Recipe, Learn how to make Nihari Mutton (absolutely delicious recipe of Nihari Mutton A meat lovers delight!
Ingredients:
Shank meat( bong meat) 1 kg
3 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
200 ml oil
1 packet nihari Masala Powder ( or 4-5 tbsp homemade masala)
800-900 ml of water
3 inch ginger Julian
6-7 green chillies
1 tbsp lemon juice
Lemon for garnishing
6-7 tbsp coriander leaves
