I’m thrilled to see exhaust smoke filling up the work shop. I love R/C and have been flying since the beginning. I’m sorry to say that I’m not a fan of electric or ARF,s. I’m flying sailplanes a Gas R/C. I do have one ARF that I love flying for warm up practice. 30cc DLE powered ultra stick.

@@BlažPetrinčič only for rich, it cost already now way much except in the united states , morgan fuels for example, there it is not expensive In the moment o.s will cease it will be a sign that another stage become a history I think there is another maker that still goes = enya...

This MVVS engine has been all around the world, from The Czech Republic to Australia to Slovenia without even coming out of the box. This shows the passion and commitment of the aeromodeling community world wide, an example to all on how to be a true human being in the world. Things like this make me proud to be a supporter of Petrincic Bros Flying Circus. MVVS engines have been used and talked about for such a long time, I remember people YEARS ago saying that they run hot; I examined the run in guide in slow motion on my screen v carefully and it's absolutely correct, you DO need to run in rich, and we could SEE all the unburned fuel coming out of the pipe (yes, the long pipe MUST go underneath to minimise slipstream effect), and the smaller 10.5 prop carried WELL into the flying intro. I'm sorry I already had my shower, this superb engine start video would perhaps otherwise have made me surprise myself!!! Excellent. Big salute from London. ⭐👍

I remember pilots who also operated these engines with synthetic oil - and for a very long time without any problems. These were always racing engines from MVVS, but were not used in any races. I will never forget the smell of castor oil - and the mess that this oil made to the models and engines ;-)

Aw yis! Cap'n Blaz back at it! And that engine has a lovely ring-a-ding for sure. On the engine mounting: They're probably saving on weight by using the main landing gear blocks to also mount the tuned pipe instead of having a second block on the top for that purpose.

I always add 2 fluid ounces of caster to every 15% nitro gallon jug of fuel I get, for both 2 stroke and 4 stroke fuel, only bad thing about caster is that it turns the engine Brown after a while....
@westhobbiesrc805111 ай бұрын
You need a different pipe. Having a coupler that long in between the header and pipe will just blow out in a few short runs. You don’t want more then a 1/4-1/2in at most of gap between the header and pipe. Cut the header 1/4in at a time till the RPM drops and back the pipe off a 1/4in for the perfect tuned pipe and RPM.
