Hello. If you have a Eco Freedom option Ina passage 144 how long would the AC run before running down the lithium batteries ? I would like to have Just an ideia as I understand it varies if you have other electronics on and how hot is the day. Thanks And I look forward to your reply.

I pressed the program button and can't get out that program. Now, I can't change the temperature because is in programming mode. How do you reset zones to manually control the temperature?

Mine will not show all 4 zones it will only show zone 1 and 2, after winter storage, before storage it showed all 4 zone which our unit has also, it is locked in program mode? Help, please.

I notice zone 2-4 flashing. I have a two zone system that is currently flashing 2 or 1 and 2 if zone one is selected. When I select zone 2 a code E4 is displayed. How can I repair/diagnose the cause?

Push zone and it will go to zone 1,2,3, or 4 On the older ones you would hold both FAN & MODE at the same time it will change from Zone 1 to Zone 2.

According to the manual, E7 is loss of 120 volts to any board.

Who cares? That's in the operating instructions! How the fuck do you hook the thing up so your brand new $1000 equipment works? New cable, new thermostat, new AC unit and nothing works. Yes, power is going to the control unit and yes the freeze sensor is installed, thank you

Terrible video explained the obvious while totally ignoring the obvious issues with user interface, how to program and what button combinations to follow. This is a terrible video lieing about this being know for user friendlyness. This thermostat is known for making people replace their whole ac system when the only problem was this thermostat being ridiculously confusing to use.

Are you blaming the person making the video trying to help or the company who designed and manufactured the thermostat? They are not the makers of the video.
