Thank you so much for this video! This was our problem. The RV man said we were going to have a whole new AC unit. So glad I found your video first. We did access our Drip pan from the roof unit though.

Thanks! We were able to access the “other end” of the thermostat phone Jack by removing the AC ceiling vent or AC air intake in our 2019 flying cloud. Our unit is “ducted” with all of the wiring accessible by removing the intake filters.

Thanks for the video! Sounds like my problem. I’m pretty sure that wire is the remote temperature sensor.

I have the same 32-degree problem trying to have heat. But I find no water, and the end is just bare wire. Heat won't stop. Any suggestions? Please, and thanks.

I did a reset on mine and now it's not showing the furnace. Not even showing me that I have one
