Hello. I think you have your explanation about the 5 1/2 backwards. The 1st 5 1/2 was 2 1/4 inch irons. After that they increased to 2 3/8 which is now the same size as the 6 and 7.

I do not know of any in Holland. If you look at the map I have on handtoolfinder.com you can see if there's anything else around you. I have heard there is one in the Netherlands near Germany but I do not know where or what. however they said they would mail me the information soon.
