Assuming it's smooth, like it needed to be for it to skid like it did, probably nothing, worse that could have happened was the catalytic converter not liking the large temp differential, but that's not different to just driving though water. I'd say nothing happened, you'd hear plastic tearing off etc. and it was dead silent.
