I really love Stawrogin (Odraza, Gruzja, Totenmesse), he’s definitely my favorite. He has such a unique tone that perfectly fits the slightly unorthodox bluntness and themes of urban decay, alcoholism, and degeneracy often featured in his bands. You already went over Onielar, another one of my favorites, so in her place I’ll mention Fluss from Aara. She’s climbed my list really quickly because of how active that band has been in the last couple of years. Aspa is also pretty high; his gravelly bellows are borderline iconic at this point. Last one that comes to mind is Ole Pedersen Luk from Afsky for how well he portrays utter despair and agony.

Besides many of those you have already mentioned Famine, Mikko Aspa and early Helheim stand out to me. Also, Roman Saeko everytime he brings out his growl (Hate Forest, Blood of Kingu). Also, Meynach's vocals on Mütiilation's Remains of a Ruined, Dead, Cursed Soul are in the same league as Landfermann, manic as hell. Imagine under a funeral moon style black metal with those kind of vocals and some manic, really triumphant sounding moments.

I added my previous comment before watching the video. Onielar seems to have recovered. Darkened Nocturn Slaughtercult has been scheduling shows in Europe for this year. She does seem to have lost all her hair which is a shame as it was such a signature part of her look, but it's her voice that we love. I have a deep love of DNS as hearing them for the first time is what changed my self description of having been a "death metal kid" (I saw Death for the first time in 1990) to a black metal convert. I had head Emperor and Mayem and had even played in a black metal band, but it was DNS's Necrovision that made it all click for the first time.

Mine has to be Atilla. Dude has one of the most insane vocal ranges I’ve ever heard from the work on ALL of his music, is trained from opera singers, and is extremely dynamic and adds a lot of extra layers to the music with just his voice. There’s literally nothing he cannot do, and it’s always a pain in the ass to hear Mayhem fans complain about him when he’s literally one of the most talented vocalists ever. He’s actually fully conveyed the emotion and the horror that is black metal and can adjust his voice to do ANYTHING. From Tormentor to VoV to Mayhem he’s also a fucking machine. If you need any proof just see Mayhem live.

John Haughm, Dagon, and Ihsahn come to mind first for me. Maybe John isn't the best singer around, but the pitch of his voice and his general expressiveness really stands out to me across all five Agalloch albums, Pillorian's only album, and wherever else you'd find him (the single growl on his newest solo album and Sculptured's first album on backing vocals). On the flipside, Ihsahn sounded so wicked and evil, especially in early Emperor. The highs were very high and sounded like a wizard. For Dagon, yes, I like the frog vocals, and his vocal performance on Incense of Rest may be my favorite performance in the genre. Special shout out to Jon Nodtveidt, Abbath/Demonaz, and Andreas Classen. Abbath is classic, Demonaz sounds like an ice demon, Jon is self explanatory, and Andreas Classen had my favorite vocals in Bethlehem and Paragon Belial (maybe not necessarily in my top 20 but the guy deserves some attention).
