BS is great for everyday, that's the one i saved up and bought from the met website. the only one i paid full price for was Divine Rose 2 in the pink chrome packaging which is a VERY close second favourite. VR Fire Opal is literally what my gay ass dreams about ... but nothing in this world screams louder than my gothy grungy heart.

Hey girl, um I've been going through the same thing for the past 4 years lol. I could literally write a whole book about this but my biggest tips are 1) to take advantage of your school's counseling/therapy program (I go once a week) 2) Make it a priority to eat food and drink water 3) Take fewer classes 4) Have a circle of supportive people who are good students 5) Reward yourself when you get shit done! It's not going to be easy in the slightest and it may take a lot of time - and I don't know your life or your specific situations. In the extremes you may want to be evaluated for antidepressants, so keep that in mind, but I hope this helps a little and I hope it gets easier 💕

I think you should get jackie aina! She specifically created the palette for all skin tones and specifically darker skin tones. Idk it'd still be supporting her or she gets money because it's a year after or if that affects anything but that's my 2 cents. . As for motivation for school, just breathe and step back for one. I don't know how high stress your major/school life is but what works for me is 1. regular therapy, 2. making time for things that aren't energy-costing, (like doing make up or playing a videogame) and doing so without judgement. 3. Getting proper sleep and nutrition, 4. Staying on top of meds if applicable. Sleep/food/meds tend to work in conjunction for mental health and supporting all three will just make your day easier. Also self care! and mindfully too. Not always the bathtub shit (it can be tho!) but just basic things like making sure to shower or get some sun exposure, whatever makes you feel safe and comfortable, and mindfully saying: 'I'm doing this because I deserve it', 'Can I be kind to myself?', an intentional expression of love is what I mean anyways I hope that helps. good luck

Ah, senioritis 😬 best I can say is just hang in there: it's almost over 😅 if it's really too much, you can always take a break before college. Community colleges give degrees too! Just think about why you're doing it, and keep that solid in your mind: a mantra. If it's not a good enough reason, reevaluate 😊 As for palettes, what colors will you actually wear? Which vibe with you the most? And go with your heart. They're both excellent formulas.

I don’t have the Artemis pallet but have the Metropolis pallet. I know it’s expensive, but the Natasha Denona has a post holiday sale, on their website, is 50% off. Glitzy Fritzy has a video comparing the Artemis to Metropolis that shows the drastic difference in pigmentation. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I am sure you can get similar looks, but have to apply LOTS of layers, that take a lot more time. I did get the full 5 shadow Kalaidos collection today. It was on sale, so I went for it.. Look forward to using all of them, especially the Astro Pink. I also love the New Nudes, as well as all the ABH pallets you mentioned.

I would really love a tutorial with the Artemis palette. I have it and for the life of me I haven't figured out how to use the cream shadows. 😔 for me they are kinda hard pan, i know, yes, the "cream" shadow to me somehow is like hard pan. Has anyone received their kaleidos package? How long do they usually take to ship? I don’t know what’s going on. I ordered the make your escape palette when it came out. Over a month and a half later, I realized it wasn’t coming in. So I messaged them. They were very nice and reshipped the order, but once again it just says label created in California and nothing else since September 28th. Is this normal?
