suffer with vertigo/tinnitus for 19 years. The 1st caloric test shows nystagmus left ear with vestibular issues, but the last 2 tests shows normal-compromised results due to wearing glasses with PRISM and years of doing computer eye exercises, since i was diagnosed with binocular vision disorder right the 1st caloric test. The audiologist says does not understand the correlation???

I have done the program on treble health. Dr May is amazing. I used my maskers, exercised and did cbt and taping therapy. Some days it’s louder when I am stressed or sick or tense but treble health really helped me. I was in a really dark place with it all before that. And no I am not a bot!

I do better in quieter rooms. Ambient noise usually makes my tinnitus worse. Tinnitus has been bothering me for 5 months. It started in one ear as one tone, now it's in both ears and I have several sounds I hear, sometimes three at the same time. As time goes on, it gets worse. Mentally I'm pretty good no matter what. The worst was between the third and sixth weeks when the anxiety was the strongest.

Do you have reactive tinnitus my friend? I started with a sound in the left ear "beeeep" at 4khz and gradually another 3 were added.. Two more in the left ear/head at 8khz and 12khz and a very low hum in the right ear, which I only hear when I close my ears. And all this happened in 1 year and 3 months! I don't know how it will develop in 4-5 years and I don't even want to imagine it.. They are quite reactive to noises above 70db.. What are your tips? Something that helps you? In general, can you be mentally okay with so many noises in your head? How do you do it? Are your sounds low in volume? Thank you very much and I look forward to your reply please! It is necessary...

Like this guy, not pretending short haul solutions. Logical path tinnitus sound- threat - muscle tension- muscle relaxation - breathing - sound therapy is very helpful to understand the needed process. Tinnitus since 4 month, staying calm inside it didn't get worse, but softer. Mostly when I did qi gong exercises. Now I know why. Exercise includes shaking m muscle relaxation and breathing! Will cont8nue to do that . By the way pink noise or mono noises like waterfall or insects drive me nervous. Best I found is in the channel " Tinnitus relief sounds" track 10...8 hours. Keep ur faith! We understand that our treatment plan is expensive, however it is important to note that tinnitus maskers (also called ear level sound therapy devices) are top of the line medical devices. Unfortunately, this means that just like hearing aids, they can be expensive. With this in mind, we offer interest free payment plans, and we do accept insurance. While insurance may not cover the full amount of the treatment, they may cover parts of it. We recommend calling your insurance provider to see if anything is covered, and our team will provide you with any documentation that you need. If there's anything we can do to assist or guide you through the process, we're here to help.

Hi I've been diagnosed with pulsatile tinnitus due to enlarged arachnoid granulations in the transverse sinus. Do you think your therapy could help reduce the tinnitus, or should I consider stent surgery?
@treblehealth
@treblehealth Ай бұрын
Pulsatile tinnitus caused by enlarged arachnoid granulations in the transverse sinus is quite specific. While sound therapy may help manage the perception of tinnitus, addressing the underlying cause, such as with stent surgery, might offer more long-term relief. It’s best to discuss all options thoroughly with your doctor or specialist to determine the safest and most effective approach for you.

I already have Hyperacusis and tinnitus ! I believed that hering cells that is already damaged can be more pron for more damages then reg peopel even at much less ds sound ..is it true?
@treblehealth
@treblehealth 8 ай бұрын
While it may feel like your ears are more vulnerable to damage, damaged hearing cells are not necessarily more prone to additional damage than those of regular individuals. Some hearing aids can indeed provide hearing protection if they fully occlude the ear and are muted. In this way, they can function similarly to earplugs.

@nofluffDIY
@nofluffDIY 2 ай бұрын
As a recent sufferer myself (mild, ~8000 Hz constant squeal, worse in morning... woodworking/motorcyling/landscaping for 50/40/35 years), I shared your exact sentiment as I was watching the first few videos from these guys. Now that I've watched about 40 youtubes from multiple channels, and several of treblehealth... and found this particular one, I'd like to answer your point. 1) Yes, it is a sales pitch but they GIVE AWAY the predominant part of their therapy, the 14 soundtracks in this playlist kzbin.info/www/bejne/hqnJXoxrj7tkgqMsi=iwYxFBK09T7oI6Vo You dont have to buy a single thing to benefit from their help. 2) In previous comments, I posted that some of their other videos were vague/clickbait etc., but I stopped short of saying any of them were blather. That's because I've accepted the logical and scientific explanation that non-somatic tinnitus (tinnitus that isn't from a specific part of the ear/skull) is a brain reaction. So they are almost certainly right that there's a significant mental part of solving it; some people can be their own guides on stuff like that; others will need help, whether because of their makeup or the tinnitus's severity. 3) This particular video, more than any of the others, appears to transparently lay out EVERY part of their proposal. No, there's no pill. No, they can't say how long, how much, or how universally. But I believe it's honest, thorough, and (sadly?) state-of-the-art. I'll elaborate on this in a comment on the main thread. I'm betting that my own auditory cortex can be reset. I don't know enough about yours to speculate, but you shouldn't let this particular video (or the clickbaiting that I think patreon adds?) add to your hopelessness.

The only cure is remove cell towers and mobile phones that have the internet ... A Phone for emergencies ,to meet with a friend is all we ever needed ... and underground copper wired computers and land lines ... we were all happy and healthy ... No More smart metres ... These Frequencies are ruining our lives ...making us exhausted ...unable to work ...along with so many other nurological problems !!!
